It was a really comfortable condo for our family of 4. It is super close to the main sledding area which worked perfectly for us. It was very clean and quiet because it is further from the elevator bank. We’d love to go back!

close to the lodge and close to all attractions in the resort like the view of mountains and sunset.
The condo was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. We did find that the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows definitely need replacing. We would love to come again but we would check to see if sleeping conditions have been improved.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback Georgia—we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your stay. Guest comfort means a lot to us, and we’ve since added new pillows to help make the beds even more comfortable. Many of our guests have mentioned that they find the beds cozy, but we understand that comfort can be very personal. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back again in the future!
Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Comfortable furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of games/books. The condo building had an issue, but contacting the host was easy and prompt to get to a solution.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with charming winter-themed decor that made the space feel extra special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the tableware, glassware, and utensils we needed. The forest view from the patio and windows was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The location is perfect — literally a 3-minute walk to the tubing hill, which made everything so convenient. Our 5-year-old son was absolutely thrilled with the bunk bed and climbed up and down nonstop — it was definitely a highlight of the trip for him!Communication with the host was easy and fast, which made the entire experience even smoother. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to families and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Very clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the games, toys and books. We loved the pool. Looking forward to visiting again.
Had a very relaxing week in this very comfortable, very nicely stocked condo. Kitchen has all the things needed plus basic oil, spices etc. We cooked, we played in the snow, we slept, we hiked and laughed. A great vacation
Such a fun weekend here at Suncadia with the family! Highly recommend this condo. The location is ideal and close to everything. Kids loved playing in the pool and the Stovehouse Restaurant is walking distance. Condo was super clean and has a lot of touches to make it a relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful time - the condo was in great shape & clean. There were a lot of extra amenities if you forget something like razors, toothbrush, deodorant, and too many more to list. We enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine & great scrabble board. We have been coming to Suncadia for New Years the last 12 years, and the Trailhead Condos are always a favorite. We will be back :)
What an incredible place! So cozy and well laid out. Our family of four was able to sleep comfortably and relax. We came in the winter and the sledding hill was right outside our door. The kids had so much fun playing in the snow and then we can come inside to warm up and dry our snow clothes in the dryer. The one thing I will say is that there were no comments like mustard or mayonnaise in the fridge which meant we had to buy it at the grocery store for the sandwiches we made. Not a huge deal but just something to be aware of.
Our stay was good except for the parking. It was listed with plenty of parking and after the wedding I was in we got back around 10pm and there was nowhere to park. We ended up parking in the dirt next to the rental and woke up to a notice on our truck about our parking. Luckily it wasn’t a ticket or this wouldn’t be as nice. There should be at least 1 parking spot per rental at that property. But is just a free for all and then other people with only 1 vehicle can’t park anywhere. Or there needs to be overflow parking.
We have two small children and they had a blast with the place, especially with the bunk beds! Communication with the host has also been smooth and prompt. Very clean and nice, highly recommend for families!
