Awesome 3 bedroom cottage on East Lake. Just a 10 min walk to the beautiful Outlet Beach in Sandbanks Provincial Park.
The East Lake Surf Cottage is on East Lake waterfront with a beautiful view of the East Lake from the back deck. It's too shallow and marshy for swimming on the property, but it is just a short walk (10 min) across the street and through Sandbanks Provincial Park to the beautiful Outlet Beach which is great for swimming.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and is perfect for up to 6 people.

From the East Lake Surf Cottage you are just a couple minutes from all the beaches in Sandbanks Provincial Park, 10 minutes from Bloomfield, and 15 minutes from Picton.

This is right where you want to be for your Prince Edward County Vacation!

Sandbanks Attractions
Sandbanks, the name says it all. An extensive dunes system with endless sandy beaches. Of course, the whole region is well know for its birding and unusual flora and fauna, but it's still the beaches that are the main attraction. A nice bonus is that the East Lake section, being almost completely enclosed warms up earlier in the season than the rest of the areas waters, allowing you to hit the beaches a little earlier than usual. This is a great campers park for families and anybody who loves the water.
Shallow waterfront, not good for swimming, but makes for beautiful views and lots of birdwatching opportunities. With the Outlet Beach just a 10 minute walk from the cottage, the East Lake Surf Cottage is a great Prince Edward County holiday home base!

Great place!

Loved our weekend at the surf cottage. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice location right on the water, across the street from sandbanks. Location was a bit far from Picton and other towns, but we knew that when booking. A short drive into town or to wineries. Jonathan was a great host!

East Lake Surf Cottage 🏄‍♀️

What a great time we had . We stayed for a week in Early September and loved this cottage. It was a short walk to outlet beach which was so beautiful. We loved how calm and quiet it was sitting on the deck. We loved the gorgeous view and enjoyed watching the swans. We had some great camp fires and watched movies on the rainy day. Great location!🏖
