With a full sized garage for your car and all your winter or biking play gear, there's also room in the driveway for a second car, and a third car in guest parking. Fully and thoughtfully equipped throughout, this three bedroom town home has a tv in each room, large flat screen tv in the Living room, three baths, fully equipped kitchen and open living and dining area. Just outside the living and dining room is the private hot tub and patio that opens up to shared and expansive "Green Space.". This is a beautiful area and during warmer weather the green space is great for kids to play. In winter, it's just the place for kids and brave adults to snow angels after soaking their tired muscles in the hot tub. Easy access to all paved and mountain bike/hiking trails.
