About this property
Chill Lake Channel 'Brewhouse' Townhouse: 2 bedrooms on Lake Winnebago
Welcome to Oshkosh!
Oshkosh is Wisconsin's Event City & understands when guests, travelers, & transplants are choosing a location for a stay or event, they want a location that can provide more than a bed to sleep in, which makes my home a solid place to stay while in the area.
Oshkosh & my home is more than just events & a bed. It's supper clubs, breweries, comedy clubs, social clubs, shopping, nightlife, outdoor recreation, + more. A place that will make you feel like you're still in your hometown. Oshkosh is a small city with a big-city feel, so whether you're from Chicago or a small village, you'll find the amenities & attractions you crave combined with genuine Wisconsin hospitality.
Seeking a place to stay in a community that has a little bit of everything?
We got you! We're a "City on the Water". Located in Northeast Wisconsin on the western shore of Lake Winnebago, Oshkosh is banked by the Fox River and Lake Butte des Morts. Both lakes provide the perfect opportunity for water sports, such as boating, sailing, swimming, fishing, ice fishing, & sturgeon spearing. Many of the area’s restaurants offer picturesque outdoor dining along the Riverwalk while numerous events are held outdoors, such as events at the Leach Amphitheater. (My home do NOT include a dock, pier, or boat access - but a public boat launch is 1.5 miles away at Menomoniee Park).

LATE-NIGHT ADVENTURE
Keep the candle burning at the Mineshaft, or catch DJ Trivia or Bingo. Embrace the charm of our historic district, where the Fox River meets a vibrant urban center. Explore delightful dining, unique shopping, captivating arts, & a calendar filled with exciting events. Grab a craft beer at a Fox River brewery, sip on Old Fashioned at Sturgeon Spirits, &/or take in a fish fry at a supper club. Dance the night away at a club or karaoke with friends at a local pub. Venture downtown to find live music (The Grand Oshkosh) nearly every night of the week or stop by the comedy club for a good laugh on the weekend. Nightly entertainment is just a short walk or quick Uber ride away in Oshkosh.

About the host
Hosted by Anne Radke

Experience serving in various hospitality industry sectors qualifies me to be a Hospitalian.
A Hospitalian finds a need & fills it. 'It' requires you to not think of yourself but instead think of the other person, making them feel different, changing how they feel, putting them at ease. Hosting allows me to fulfill short &/or long-term guest lodging needs.
Graduate of UW-Stout: Hospitality & Tourism Mgt. + a Minor in Property Mgt.
Graduate of UW-Platteville: MSE - Secondary Education, Adult Emphasis.
Faculty instructor at Madison College in the Hospitality & Culinary Arts Program.
Seasonal Host since June of 2019.
I allow cats to be guests in my home, they are important family companions.

Why they chose this property
The view of Lake Winnebago Channel scenery & chill atmosphere.
Not your typical 'cookie cutter' condo layout, variety of zones to relax in.
Multiple seasonal area varieties - close to lots of event experiences.
Convenience to my addiction to NBA basketball - WI Herd G-League season (Nov. - March) + NFL Green Bay Packer season - easy access to attend games (WI Herd = 10 minutes away. Lambeau Field = 50 minutes away).
Lake Life + Free zoo & bike path minutes away.
Piggly Wiggly & "Mediterranean" grocery stores are only blocks away.
Bus route just down the block, access to Ubers/Lyfts for safe traveling.

What makes this property unique
Beyond the Lake Winnebago lake channel view is my 'Brewhouse' Townhouse's unique multi-level floor plan featuring 6 different floor levels. Each floor offers distinctive zones. The multiple central staircases provide access to each zone. You'll get your fitness on - (note there are 6 various stair levels to climb to get to each floor/room area - no wheelchair access).
My 'Brewhouse' Townhouse also features 2 decks (one off the main living room facing the lake channel) and the 2nd off the kitchen/2nd living room zone facing Grove Street).
NOTE: The backyard is NOT included. There is NO lake access or boat dock access.
Guests may NOT leave the deck. The backyard is owned by an HOA, it is NOT included in the property stay. Guests are subjected to Trespassing (entering someone's property without permission).
NOTE: The garage is NOT included with the property.
All "PRIVATE" labeled areas of the property are NOT included.
