Stay in the heart of East Lakeview on Halsted!

This 3-bedroom condo is in an incredibly convenient Lakeview location for all the life and culture found in Lakeview, whether on Broadway, Halsted, Clark, or a Cubs game. This is a luxury condo taking up the entire second floor. Like to cook? You get a chef's kitchen with a Viking stove and refrigerator, an exterior exhaust hood, and counter space. The main bathroom has a large steam shower for relaxing after work or workouts.

This is within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants, theaters, and nightlife, and Lake Michigan and beaches are just a half-mile away. There are good schools nearby. The Red Line (Addison) and Wrigley Field are three blocks away (not too close, not too far!).

NOTE: There is a minimum required stay over 31 days, per Chicago city ordinance, until I can get my short-term shared housing license (in progress). Sorry, no weekend rentals!
