Greenway Park, nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona, is a picturesque neighborhood that offers a perfect blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience. This family-friendly community is known for its well-maintained streets, lush landscaping, and a close-knit community of friendly neighbors. With excellent schools, parks, and recreational facilities nearby, it's an ideal destination for families. The neighborhood's central location provides easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and all the conveniences of city life. Greenway Park's diverse housing options cater to various preferences, making it an attractive and welcoming place to call home in Scottsdale.
Getting Around:
A car is necessary for getting around. However, Uber and Lyft are both readily avaialble.
Other Things to Note:
❖ HOUSE RULES ❖
- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
- No parties or large gatherings. No more than 8 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times.
- We charge an additional $300 if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission.
- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space but live nearby and are avaialble nearby if you need anything.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
