Head towards Reed Schoolhouse Rd Sevierville, TN. If you're on a major highway, check for signs indicating exits or turns towards Sevierville. Once you are on the local roads, use a GPS or map app to navigate to Reed Schoolhouse Rd. There will be a sign for The Lodges at Reedmont Neighborhood. The cabin is located in this neighborhood.



Our location is a short drive to many of these great attractions, dining and shopping spots in the area while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We know you'll find plenty to do & see in our little mountain town.

This is an amazing property. The host was extremely hospitable and had great communication. Very clean, comfortable, great design, and awesome pool. My husband and 2 teenagers didnt want to leave (neither did I). We would definelty return as we LOVED this property and location!

This property was perfect for our group. It was close to the convention center,but wonderful to come back to a quiet neighborhood. Loved having a private heated pool and hot tub! Had trouble getting fireplace up and working, however the host was very helpful in attempting to troubleshoot the problem. Starter supplies were available and close to stores for picking up items we forgot. Would definitely stay here again

Upon arrival we got there later than expected after dark. It was hard to read black numbers on a black structure. Please add back lights to all property numbers. The house amenities were amazing, pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. However for being a new build you would expect the doors to the bedrooms to close properly. Couple of odd things out of place were items being unplugged (internet connection and garbage disposal) easily fixed but could have been avoided. Over all would stay again for a weekend trip. The host was not notified as we took care of all unplugged items. I’m sure if brought to their attention they would have been glad to help.

Cabin was located in the perfect spot! So close to Dollywood and tucked into woods. The space was plenty big for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. We had difficulty with the pool heating so the kids were bummed they couldn't swim. We were in constant communication with the host and he was quick to get back to us., just couldn't resolve the issue while we were there. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

New modern cabin in Sevierville in a good location. We enjoyed our stay. The pool is small but still fun for the kids and they enjoyed the hot tub also. We had in our family and everyone had a room. The kids enjoyed having the bunk room. Plenty of bathrooms too. We hit a hot spell so it was just too warm to sit on the lovely deck but it looks great. We enjoyed our stay

We had a great time! Very clean, spaced out but not overly. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids. Plenty of pool towels and bathroom towels. Kitchen is stocked with needed items and we were happy to even find a blender! Our cabin didn’t have a view which was a bummer but not the end of the world. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Property wasn’t clean but the host had excuses. Pool was “just treated”, but had coins in it and a hair tie. I never used it because I don’t think it was maintained. The whole house needs repainting and they tried to blame it on “college kids”. I guess they caused the ac filters to not be changed in the last year too! Needs to update listing pics and show the true condition of the actual unit. Some pics in the listing aren’t the actual unit, there was no egg chair to be found. Definitely shouldn’t be called “luxury”. The host took everything in account for “future guests” but I don’t care about future guests. I care about me being the current guest.

Family Vaca 2024! Worth every dime!

1st of all this property is wonderful very modern! The decor on point! We loved the pool and jacuzzi! The kids had their own quarters and loved it! Yes construction os going on but i walked every day all around where nice and once this development is complete you wont be able to get a house. The owners were nice when i sent emails very responsive. No complaints i.meant to leave a journal so those who stay can leave memories. My only suggestion make sure your cleaning company dust the ledge going downstairs and windows around the floor boards. This property is worth every dime! The kids loved the pool they didn't want to go to the waterpark The adults loved the decks and the windows. Owners phenomenal job! We will definitely rent here if availability again 10+++ stars

We chose this neighborhood because it’s tucked away in the hills just enough to feel peaceful and private, but still super close to everything in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and even Gatlinburg. It’s honestly the best of both worlds. You’ll see beautiful mountain views, lots of greenery, and maybe even spot some local wildlife (from a safe distance, of course!).

What we love most is how quiet and relaxing it is—perfect for morning coffee on the porch or winding down after a day of exploring. Plus, you're just a short drive from all the fun stuff like Dollywood, the Parkway, and tons of restaurants and shops. It feels like a little retreat, but you're never far from the action.
