We had a wonderful stay and William and Gisele were such great hosts!! Everything in the house was perfect and so easy! Absolutely recommend and would love to come back!!
We had a great time staying at Giselle & Williams Retreat in Lake George. The communication leading up the trip was spot on. Check in was super easy and check out was easy as well. The house was perfectly clean and all of the necessities for a longer stay were available. Our kids loved the pool and the arcade in the basement. The location was great with easy access to downtown Lake George or Bolton Landing. There was plenty of space for our 2 families (4 adults/4 kids). We would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to get away.
We had a fantastic long weekend at this property. The house is better than advertised and the owners have gone through great lengths to make everything easy and convenient. They were extremely responsive when needed and helpful with recommendations. Our party was two families of 4 with young kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.
Loved this place and would definitely stay there again. It’s spacious and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. we stayed there to ski at Gore Mountain and really appreciated the large and well organized mudroom for all our ski equipment. The coffee and hot chocolate bar was a really nice touch. The arcade and game room was an ideal hang out for the boys. The carport came in very handy with all the snow we had. Five stars to our hosts. Well done!
We had the most incredible family vacation at this home! The location was absolutely perfect, and the house had everything we could possibly need and more. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and the adults, and the pool was a lifesaver during the heat it truly made the trip extra special. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so thoughtfully equipped. William and Giselle are amazing hosts welcoming, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a great stay. We can’t thank them enough and would return in a heartbeat! The payne/Gorton family.
The house was even nicer than in the pictures. The well equipped kitchen made cooking all our meals very easy and the 8 of us we were able to comfortably gather around the large dining table. Everyone spent a lot lot of time in the heated pool. At night the kids watched movies on the big screen in the basement. Even though it rained some evenings, we were able to enjoy the fire pit. Nearby shopping, hiking, and whitewater rafting made the location very convenient. We spent 5 very enjoyable nights and wished we were able to stay longer.
