Cozy, yet very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is a unique design for an RV, allowing lots of counter and cupboard space. The comfortable recliners are heated and include a massage function. The HD LCD TV has a Roku with Netflix included. You're welcome to log in to any other service you subscribe to.

The bedroom has a king-sized mattress. The closet is very large, and there is ample drawer space. The dinette does not turn into a bed. Bedding is limited to the king-size bed. A cot is available for one child (free).

VRBO members with mobility issues would be best to find more suitable accommodations as the entrance to the RV is steep and narrow. This is not permanent structure and is not handicap accessible. This has caused problems for previous guests who weren't aware of a typical RV's construction.

Our dogs will greet you on the other side of the backyard gate with exceptional love whenever they see you and are extremely friendly.

This is the perfect accommodation for traveling healthcare and IT professionals on contract - send inquiry. The RV is not suitable for primary sleep during daylight hours (night shift workers). The neighborhood is vibrant and bustling during the day!

This RV is set up for a couple - there is a 2 adult maximum per night, no exceptions.

Guests are not allowed into the gated backyard of the main house unless invited. Ample dog walking opportunities exist directly from the steps of the trailer for ADA trained animals.

Parking is right next to the trailer. Access is via door keypad.

The drawback to staying in any RV is always the bathroom. Fully functional, although small, it serves one's needs well. The owner is 6'1" and looked specifically for a tall shower and this one is a good size.

Note: Hot showers last about 10 mins due to the 6 gal hot heater tank size. It takes 10 mins to rewarm the tank.

We do not accept "I'm booking this for [my husband, family member, friend, etc]." Only the person staying should be booking through the app on their phone and communicating through the app.

No pets or emotional support animals. Only ADA animals trained to do a specific task(s).
