Adorable little spot right on the water. We could have spent the entire time just siting on the balcony enjoying the view. The room had everything we needed, getting in and out to where we were going was a breeze.

This amazing place far exceeded my expectations! The bed was sooo comfy, the kitchenette had everything we needed, and the screened in porch quickly became our favorite place to start and end the day. The beach area was exceptionally clean, and we spent hours in the crystal clear water. We loved it so much we’re planning on returning next year with kids and grandparents. Thank you Joe! Your little slice of heaven provided exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away!

It was a very convenient location to the NH Bank Pavilion where we had tickets to a concert. The room was clean and all the conveniences you need for a short stay. It was a nice view and lots of activity on the water which was fun to watch. A little cool to swim but I can see it being a fun location for water sports. We enjoyed our stay.
