Charming Country Cottage, walk to restaurants, pubs, wine bars, live entertainment, and maybe catch a local festival. If you are here on a Saturday, be sure and catch our Farmers Market and other open-air markets. Tomball is central to The Woodlands and Houston. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You will be taken back in time in this preserved 1940s cottage. We have a WHOLE HOME generator.. no worries about power outages. There is a fenced-in yard.. we are pet friendly

The kitchen was very well equipped. The cottage was cozy and clean. We loved the vintage touches. The proximity to amenities was great. Colleen was responsive everytime there was communication. We would recommend this place to any couple.

Perfect Downtown Tomball Stay

Rented this for a Mother’s Day weekend getaway. Walkable to vibrant downtown Tomball. Perfect house with all comforts & amenities. Will come again! Great host!

Charming and walkable

The cottage has charming decor and a well supplied kitchen. The back porch area is a great gathering space. The location of this cottage is great for walking to restaurants and shops. We also walked each day to the Depot Park with our dog. The Christmas tree and lights on the live oak trees at the park were beautiful! The cottage was a great place to stay for our first visit to Tomball.

We stayed at Colleen’s property in Tomball for an event at the community center, which is a block away. This is an ideal location for all things Tomball. It is next door to the police station, but we had a very quiet stay. The surrounding neighborhood is great for walking and the house is mere blocks away from the weekend farmer’s market. The house itself is cozy with two bedrooms and a well stocked and functional kitchen. We were very comfortable sitting up in the living room chatting with family. The back porch is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and there is a small well fenced yard. The one caution is that the beds are on the smaller side (full size, I think) and genuinely antique. They are well suited to the decor and perfectly comfortable, but it’s a good thing to know and be prepared for if you’re a taller human, or need more ample space in a bed. Not a deterrent, just expect to be cozy with your bed companion! :) Will definitely book again when we visit the area.
