Sonrisa is the best condo complex in Lake Havasu! It is less than a 10-minute drive to the main street, London Bridge or the beach/channel area. Light shines through abundant windows. AC will keep you cool in the summer months. Our condo is no smoking and no pets. This is in a quiet neighborhood.

Dishes/glasses/silverware/all cooking utensils - coffee maker-waffle maker-blender-toaster-hot pot. Comes complete with fishing equipment, tennis gear for 4, bocce ball pro set and 4 directors chairs. This unit features a one-car attached garage. Two parking spaces, one in garage and one in the driveway. There are additional guest parking spaces shared by all residents.
