The host is wonderful to work with and timely in responses. We brought a large group to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival - great for young adults and travelers who know each other well as the rooms have multiple beds. Some bathrooms are small, but there are enough to make it work. The Mother-in-Law cottage is lovely. There are several Bohemian style antiques and it was super fun to check out all the artifacts in the house. We had a lovely stay!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review Terese! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and that the home was a great fit for your group attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It’s wonderful to know you appreciated the unique character of the property, from the Bohemian antiques and collected artifacts to the cozy Mother-in-Law cottage.
We also appreciate your feedback about the bathrooms and sleeping arrangements. We do our best to accurately represent the home's historic charm and layout so guests know what to expect before booking.
Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We'd love to welcome you and your group back for another visit!
We enjoyed the old farm house vibe, but there are a few things that we felt did not justify the cost. The house could use better seating in the living area. The TV was in an awkward position.there was a small couch that possibly 3 or4 people could sit on. Another issue for us was the fact that the beds were on the floor and pushed up against the walls. Made it difficult to get in or out of bed . The microwave and oven could be updated.

We loved the house and spent many hours outside in the shade enjoying the soft breeze and the eagles in the trees or deer passing through the yard. Many more hours planning games at the large dining table. The inside was very clean and the propery manager was responsive. Would rent again.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had concerns about the sleeping arrangements. The property offers ample space for larger groups, including the main house, a guest house, and a stone cottage — all detailed in the listing description and photos. We’ve also addressed the TV issue and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your input helps us continue improving the guest experience.
We had a wonderful family gathering for the Fourth of July holiday. Our hosts were very responsive to some of our questions when we first arrived. The house was roomy with plenty of beds for everyone. The kids had a great time on the expensive lawn and running around in the house. The adults enjoyed gathering in the living room and out on the lawn in the evening. The dining room room was ample for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped. We would rent this place again and recommend it.
