Villa has a large, enclosed lanai with window that sliding windows. Located on the 7th green with beautiful view of golf course. There is a double car garage. The property is secured with 24/7 manned gate.

90 day Minimum required. 11 1/2% tax in addition to cleaning fee and $500 deposit
