The screened-in lanai with heated pool, covered pool area with heated pool and covered dining and lounge chairs are perfect for a relaxing day with a book, with the kids, or simply to soak up the sun. A booster seat, car seat, pack and play, high chair and an umbrella stroller available for the families traveling with a little one.

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees are: $150 application fee per person
* One small dog can be allowed with owner approval and pet policy: Complete the on-line pet screening at , $200 non-refundable pet fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
