Único ponto negativo, foi ter conversado com o dono do imóvel e o responsável por cuidar da casa não saber, um amigo foi para lá (avisei a Wellington) colocou a moto dele na NOSSA vaga de estacionamento e o sr. Alex me questionou. Fora isso, tudo tranquilo!

Que bom que gostou da nossa hospedagem!!!! seja bem vinda novamente!!! As regras do condomínio são bem claras.. no estacionamento permite apenas um veículo por apartamento. Estacionar mais um veículo no estacionamento não foi acordado comigo, o que foi acordado por telefone foi a autorização para 2 pessoas adicionais frequentarem a área comum do condomínio durante um churrasco do grupo hospedado. Na ocasião não foi mencionado estacionar uma moto no estaciomaneto do condiminio.

Apartamento simples, mas com ótima localização. Tudo como está escrito no anúncio. Somente acho que faltam alguns utensílios de cozinha, mas fora isso tudo estava ok. O Alex é muito atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo e quando voltar em Porto Seguro com certeza ficarei novamente..

Ficamos eu e minha família pasamos dias maravilhosos na primeira semana do ano, pois o condomínio é muito bom, piscina ótima, jardim maravilhoso. A casa do Wellington é perfeita tem tudo que você precisa, como se estivesse na sua casa. Pertinho da praia, nem precisa pegar carro, supermercado na calçada do condomínio. voltando a Porto Seguro sera la que irei ficar. Perfeito, adoramos!

Imóvel confortável , bem localizado. Próximo a praia de Taperapuã e da barraca do gaúcho . Fomos muito bem recebidos em Porto seguro pelo proprietário do imóvel que foi bastante atencioso. Recomendo o lugar para ir com a família , bastante tranquilo.

Muito Bom, perto a paria e confortavel

O imóvel é muito bom, localizado perto a praia, o que facilitava a locomoção da turma. O ambiente comum tinha uma boa churrasqueira e piscina. Conseguimos realizar todas as compras no supermercado e farmácias localizadas a menos de um quarterão. Voltaria sem duvidas.
