Falta muita coisa pra ficar razoável
Limpeza deixou a desejar,banheiros com lodos e muito mal cheiro nós sanitários ,chegamos tinha baratas mortas nós quartos ,capa colchões ,e caseiro cobrou valor pra lavar de algo q já estava sujo ...,teias de aranha ,cozinha com cheiro forte de mofo ,fogão fraco e ar condicionado regular cm barulho de turbina de avião,faltava um microondas.....o condomínio e piscina são bons em si,tava limpo a parte externa pelo menos ....Bem razoável pelo valor .....

Bom dia Oliceia, lamentamos que a experiência não tenha sido boa, quando entregamos o apartamento o responsável mostra o local e o estado que está sendo entregue o apartamento ( a pedido de vocês a liberação foi dada antes do horário para um dos seus inquilinos, entendo que este fato poderia ter sido mencionado no momento da entrega da chave caso existisse algum desconforto). Gostaria de explicar que a água é extraída de um poço (situação muito comum em Porto Seguro) água que é tratada e segue as normas, mas ocasiona que os banheiros fiquem com uma cor mais amarelo da (mesmo com produtos de limpeza este fator não consegue ser solucionado). Levarei em consideração a sugestão de ter um micro-ondas, mas gostaria deixar claro que este artefato não consta na lista dos artefatos que possui o apartamento.

Reveillon 2019/20
O imóvel é bom, bem localizado, próximo a supermercado, praia, bares e restaurantes. Apesar de tudo próximo a rua é muito tranquila, quase não passa carros. Em piso térreo, próximo a piscina, pode estacionar apenas 1 carro. Tem 2 banheiros, o que ajuda bastante, não é muito grande mas o necessário pra uma boa estadia. O que precisa melhorar urgente são os colchões. Meu cunhado estava se recuperando de um AVC e por conta da cirurgia na cabeça sofreu com o colchão. Vc sente a tábua da cama.
Wifi não pega e o local tb é ruim de sinal 4g.
A recepção foi boa. Resumindo, eu recomendo e voltaria se deixassem os colchões.
