House with 251 m2 of total private area, composed of large living room, kitchen, laundry, balcony, four bedrooms all with air, two bathrooms, two suites, private and covered parking and ample parking for more cars, outdoor recreation area - pool with hydro, waterfall, and 13 combinations of lights, barbecue, outdoor shower, doll's house, electric fence, intercom, protection camera. On the famous beach of Taperapuan (700 meters from the beach) north edge, near the supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, hotels and resorts, tents and restaurants on the beach. Complete with all furnishings and appliances, it does not provide bed linen and bath. Among the most famous Axé Mói beach stalls, Gaúcho and the Axé Mói arena.
