Welcome to Unit 905 at Seychelles Beach Resort! This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private balcony. The unit features a cozy coastal decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Seychelles Beach Resort boasts fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and direct beach access. Experience the best of Panama City Beach from this beautiful beachfront retreat! PARKING at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.

October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest,
Valcourt will begin on the building’s painting project Monday, August 18th. Work includes stucco repairs, garage exterior painting, decorative ribbon touch-ups, sealant replacement, and other exterior improvements. They will start on the north side to delay pool deck impact until fall. Per tentative schedule, balcony access will be unaffected until mid–late October, and partial pool deck closures will begin in early November.

My overall stay was good. But, the condo was not great. It is very outdated from the furniture, bed, fixtures. Towels were not clean, had stuff on them and hair. Base boards, lamp shades dirty. Bathroom faucets dirty around the base. The skirting in the bed was ripped and the bed look like it was supported by a make shift box. Was not pleased with the room at all.
