About this property

Amazing Gulf Front View

Located on Thomas Drive near St. Andrews Park, Pelican Walk is a family-friendly complex that is right on the beach! The condo has one bedroom and two full baths. We are located on the third floor with a great view of the beach that overlooks one of the swimming pools. There is a king size bed and private bath located off of the bedroom. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa. Both the bedroom and living room have flat screen televisions. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. A laundry room is located off of the kitchen and has a stacked washer and dryer.
The complex offers two swimming pools; one of which is seasonally heated, sauna, heated spa, tennis courts, shuffle board, pool table, racket ball court, grill area near the pool, and beautiful sunsets! We are just minutes away from golf courses, fishing, amusements parks, putt putt, area’s best restaurants, and just a short drive from the famous Pier Park.

This is also a great location for snow birds. Activities are held almost daily in the party room.

The Condo was clean and the size was good for us. However, the palm tree on the patio blocked half our view of the gulf. Also, the Bed is very squeaky and that isn't fun on vacation. Also, the showers squeak so the condo could use come care. Important to note that it is on the third floor of a 10-floor condo and on the side of one of the pools. So, we were visiting during busy season and lots of kids and people at the pools, so you don't avoid the noise with that. The location in Panama City Beach is good and always nice to have both the beach and a pool. We stayed for a week so more TP could have been supplied and more laundry detergent. Lastly, the vent cover for the AC is very dirty and needs to be cleaned off due to the longtime buildup of dust.
