This cute home has the privacy and feel of the country yet is only 1 mile from interstate I-75. Less than 10 minutes to Piedmont Hospital and numerous attractions. The convenience can't be beat. Ask about our free local park pass!

Enjoy the relaxation on three fourths wrap around deck. Outdoor table and chairs face a wooded backyard and fairy fountain.

The kitchen and breakfast area are an open design that leads to a comfy living room. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with a garden tub.

There is a finished basement available for storage, a small ping pong table and laundry room. There is a 2 Car Garage with another entrance to the home. Great to have on a rainy day.

Home away from Home

This lovely home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. My son stayed in it for 4 weeks while he was doing his clinical rotation at Cartersville Medical Center. Restaurants and shopping was just a short drive away. Ms.Karen was always helpful and very accommodating! I highly recommend this house!!

Great experience

My son was playing at LakePoint and the location was perfect. It was maybe 15 minutes, at most, and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was very efficient and respectful. We only have great things to say about the stay and we will recommend this to friends. We would absolutely stay again if we plan to be in the area.

Baseball Retreat

This home is in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood not far from Lake Point Sports, as well as shopping and restaurants in Cartersville. My son and I enjoyed our week in the quiet and relaxing atmosphere after a hot day at the ball park. The back deck surrounded by the shade trees is a great place to read or just relax. Ms. Karen was very accommodating and easy to work with.

What makes this property unique

I love the fact that I feel as though I am in a beautiful forest yet only 1 mile away from a major highway. It's so convenient to many things. I can go to Atlanta, only 40 minutes away. Take advantage of day use parks to lie at the beach or hike numerous trails.
Enjoy unique restaurants in Downtown Cartersville as well as the numerous museums!
