Our host, Darla, was absolutely fantastic. The property was very clean and comfortable. My wife loved all of the fall decorations. The property is within 10 min. of The Venue at Oakdale, which was perfect for us to be able to attend our son's wedding. This was a delightful stay. Thank you, Darla!!

This rental is in a safe, calm neighborhood and was clean and well-maintained. The host is easy to communicate with and is willing to help with anything that you need during your stay. The kitchen is also fully stocked with anything that you might need. Overall, this property was wonderful, and we can't wait to visit again.

The best sort term rental we've found in the North Little Rock area. Easy to check in, great communication, exceptionally clean, very generously furnished. The king bed is so comfortable, linens so soft and a selection of pillows to suit anyone. Amenities galore and even provisions for dogs! Darla has our go to when visiting the North Little Rock area!

This is by far one of the best stays I’ve experienced with Vrbo! There were wonderful holidays decorations through the house that made for a festive stay. The thought and consideration with details was amazing, and Darla, the host, was responsive and a delight to interact with. I would highly recommend this location!

I can’t say enough good things about Darla and her home! It was truly one of the most welcoming, charming and clean rentals we’ve ever stayed in! My husband and I with our two pups, and my brother-in-law, all stayed here while in town visiting grandparents, and had plenty of room and all felt like we were at home or visiting a family member! We will definitely come back!

The property was well manicured, but very congested and very crowded with housing items and furniture. We could not put our groceries in the kitchen cabinets, secondary to the cabinets being full of bowls, plates, cups, spices, etc... The only place we had to keep our non-refrigerated items was on the countertops. The Blackstone grill was covered with thick rust and when we called about it, we were emailed back a YouTube video instructing us on how to clean it, mind you it was July and 100 degree heat.

I’m sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I know everyone is different but you are the first guests in over 100 5 star reviews that complained about this! My home is not your typical STR. My intentions are to provide a ‘home away from home experience’ with ‘extras’ for guests to use so they don’t have to spend extra money! There is also a hutch in the kitchen by the dining room table where you can store your food. As far as furniture, I have the essentials and all drawers are empty in each room for your belongings. In regards to the grill, it had been cleaned but there was a rip in the cover I wasn’t aware of and water must have gotten under the mat and there was rust on it which is normal for a blackstone. I apologized and sent the video because they said they wanted to use it so I was being considerate in case they didn’t know how to clean it. And yes it was 100 degrees out which was their choice to grill out in extreme heat so I’m not sure what else to say about that. In the 2-1/2 years I’ve hosted my home I’ve never had anyone not love my home and give their experience 5 stars. I simply want each guest to have a good experience in my home.

Beautiful home

We loved our short stay here as we traveled to Jacksonville for the Arkansas state shoot. It was beautiful and had everything you needed. Beds were comfy and so was the couch!! Wonderful host as well.

Perfection in every way

This property was absolutely wonderful. We stayed when we were in town for a concert at Simmons Bank Arena. The property was exactly as advertised and the communication with the owner was awesome. It was convenient to everything and very safe. We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we are back in the Little Rock area in the future.

Perfect! The cleanest, best organized, not just amole but generous provisions for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Darla also provided great communication and instructions for us of everything inside and out of the house. For dog lovers, she provides a large dog bed, doggie door to the outside, good and water bowls, small toys and fenced in back yard! If dogs have stayed there before, I couldn't tell because the house and yard are impeccable. Bed linens and mattress are sumptuous. Kitchen is furnished better than mine at home and very good quality. Decor inside is beautiful, just as if someone who loves their home lives there. A and 5 stars!
