Beautiful, peaceful location

Perfect location with a perfect view! The cleaning crew could have done a little better job, but I know that it’s hard to keep a condo on the beach perfectly clean. The rooms were roomy. The access to the ocean was easy. It’s in a perfect, quiet, family atmosphere.

We stay at this property every year, my partner and I have came here together the last 7 years and i started this vacation as a girlfriend and left as a fiancé!! We will continue to return year after year because this has always been our happy place but it’s now even more special. The condo was amazing and the master having its own balcony was amazing we kept the curtains open every night and just watched the stars. Can’t wait to book again. We will see yall next year!

We Love Pelican Isle!

This was our third stay at Pelican Isle and it did not disappoint. The only suggestion we have is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Both my husband and I had sore backs every morning after sleeping on the mattress, which was the only negative about our stay. We really enjoyed the double balcony and the fact that the master bedroom was beachfront. We will definitely return to Pelican Isle.

Positives: The location was wonderful and the direct access to the beach was perfect. Updates that were done are nice too. Negatives: The pool gets busy at times. The place was not very clean. The vents in the bathrooms were gross, the bed sheets were clean but they were ripped, and we can tell that the floors didn’t get mopped. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking on the tile floors in the living room/kitchen. Overall, would stay here again!

First night the Master bedroom tv wouldn’t turn on, I submitted a maintenance request and the following morning (A SUNDAY) a maintenance man was there with a brand new tv to replace it! You can’t beat service like that! Room was clean on arrival and had great views of the beach! 10/10 recommend staying here

Family getaway

The condo had a beautiful view. The living room furniture was shabby. The curtains had stains. The kitchen counters were filthy. The master bathroom shower was moldy and gross! I had to scrub the bathroom and clean the bathroom and kitchen with a cleaner that I had to purchase when we arrived. I did let the property manager know the next morning because we arrived after 5:00 pm. They said oh you should have called us and we would have sent emergency cleaners over. Overall it was a place to stay however it was 3 stars at best.

Plenty of linens were provided. I would suggest that the kitchen be restocked. There were no plastic bowls with lids for storing food and there was only one very small skillet. All other kitchen items were plentiful. My husband suggests replacing the living room chair with one he can nap in. HaHa
