Relax with your morning coffee or evening dinner on the large private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, or walk next door to Pier Park for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The spacious living area offers comfortable seating and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom, while the hallway bunk area includes twin bunks with privacy curtains and a second full bathroom, making this unit ideal for families or small groups.

Both the living room and primary bedroom include Smart TVs with cable, and additional conveniences include free Wi-Fi and a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

Important Information Before Booking

• The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present during the stay. Age is verified at booking and check-in.
• Calypso Tower III is located across the street from the beach, with convenient beach access via a covered walkway.
• This is a non-smoking unit and building, including the balcony and common areas. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Property bands must be worn at all times. A $50 fee will be charged for lost or missing bands.

This condo is excellent. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the needed amenities. Loved the balcony furniture and even had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the beach (not to mention beach towels). The pool is beautiful and the beach is easily accessible. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to PCB.

This is the perfect place to stay in Panama City Beach! It was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Jennifer, the host, provided coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. She even has very well kept beach supplies, including chairs and umbrellas, that we were able to use. It really is the little things that made this the perfect place to stay. This is the first time I did not use my car AT ALL due to it’s close proximity to Pier Park.There was excellent communication with Jennifer, the host. Thank you for making this an amazing trip!

I traveled with my husband and two of our kids. My husband competed in an Ironman race and this place was the perfect location! We were right by everything. The view was amazing. My kids loved the pool and the beach (and I was sure grateful for the beach chairs and toys that were provided). Our host was amazing. Incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect family condo

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed this condo! It was super clean and the view from the balcony was wonderful. We had everything we needed including coffee filters and other nice and thoughtful extras. Our host was a great communicator and made sure to make us feel very welcome. The pool and gym were great as well for Tower III guests and we enjoyed being able to easily walk to Pier Park. Don’t miss out on this condo!

Recharge

I needed a getaway break to decompress and recharge and this location did just that. Being able to get up, catch the sunrise, and take a walk on the beach each morning was what I needed. If I didn’t want to go back to the beach until after 4pm I would sit on the balcony and just enjoy the view. The cleanliness and quietness of the condo made be able to just relax. Much needed!
