Completely renovated home in historic downtown West Branch. This charming property offers two main-floor bedrooms, one basement bedroom, a gorgeous main-floor bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and two spacious living areas. Guest access
For every reservation we do require a rental agreement to be signed by guests in order to completely finalize and secure the booking. Our rental agreements may require additional guest information to be provided beyond that which is requested by VRBO to secure the reservation . Our system will automatically prompt this rental agreement to be sent to the guest once the reservation has been initiated.
A couple hours before check-in, on the day of arrival, guests are provided with an access code for the electronic touch pad on the front door. The code will be good for the duration of their stay.
