We had a fantastic stay at a basement apartment in Washington DC, near the Smithsonian Zoo. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. The apartment was clean and bright and spacious. There were 3 adults that stayed in the apartment. 1 in each bedroom and 1 on the pull out couch. 2.5 baths, a lovely little outdoor space and a nice kitchen. The neighborhood was really cute with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Not far from all the central DC sights. Joah was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. Would absolutely recommend this apartment!!!

Fantastic apartment and great location! Josh's apartment is on a quiet street just two blocks from all the great restaurants and shops in Adams Morgan. It's an English basement apartment but is full of light and isn't below ground at all. Windows in every rooms. We loved the outdoor space in the back. Super comfortable beds, great kitchen. We loved it and would definitely return!

We enjoyed an extra long weekend in DC, and this location was great for us. You are very close to the liveliness of Adams Morgan, but you will not hear any noise from the nearby street at night.Grocery store and grug store are just around the corner, very convenient

The place was exactly as described, with everything we needed for our one-week stay. Adams Morgan is a vibrant part of the city, not too far from the Mall, museums, and monuments and the apartment is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars, groceries.

The apartment was perfect for our family. My son slept on the pullout couch and was very comfortable. The host even provided an extra roll of foam for it. We walked to great restaurants and the Metro was a short walk. The street was charming and the neighborhood was walkable. Highly recommend.
