Our Island OASIS (3000 sq ft of Living Space) Walk to Fira!

Welcome to our second home in Santorini! Our first home, in Imerovigli, is listing 220376 on Homeaway and has had a history of excellent reviews from our past guests.

This new addition to our family's rentals has been an exciting one that we can't wait to share with the rest of the world .
Recently completed, it is a fully restored cave house spanning 2000 square feet of indoor space and 1000 square feet of outdoor lounge space.
It has a modern look while still keeping an emphasis on the old architecture of the past .
Our villa is an ideal place to call home while visiting SantorinI, a short walk to Fira, and Just across from the caldera views from the village of Firostefani. It faces toward the opposite side of the caldera from which water views are still offered. The cave house is divided in to 3 wings that connect from both inside and out. The Middle is the common area, living room and kitchen . The Left wing sleeps up to 4 it comprises of a King Size Bed , a small cave nook with bunkbeds and large 2 shower bathroom with laundry machine. The Master Wing is large cave with its own living area. This wing has an open concept King Size Bed a Master Walk in closet and large bathroom with walk in shower. The Master living area has 3 built in sofa beds . This wing can sleep up to 5 persons. Total 9 persons with a full kitchen .
The bathrooms are luxurious, with rain showers, cathedral ceilings and all carved in to the rock. All 3 spaces have their own door which lead out to a spacious veranda with private pool, bbq, patio table and sunbeds with umbrella. Very quiet and Private amongst private locals.

Beautiful Fira

Our stay was very good! The location of the house is the best, so close to everything, even walking distance to a few wineries plus the Caldera and all of its restaurants, shopping and gorgeous views. I would LOVE to go there again, best vacation ever!

We had a good time in Oasis-Villa for our 10-day-stay. The location was good with a short footwalk to Fira and all the shops and entertainment that Fira is providing. Car parking was sometimes a bit of a challenge.

Very beautiful architecture, so spacious and welcoming. Our host was very Kind and accomodated all of our needs. Close to town , very short walk for everything you may need as well as close parking which met our needs for the ATVs we rented to explore the island which I also highly recommend. Very happy with our booking . If you have a large group/family this is the place for you.

Beautiful and large villa in a great location

The villa is fantastic. Much larger than we were expecting, with the two bedrooms each having their own “wing” including a bathroom. There is also a separate living room area. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the heart of Fira (albeit somewhat uphill), which we preferred to being right in the heart of town (no tourists were walking by our pool). The host was very communicative and kind, helped us organize shuttles to various restaurants and beaches, and provided great recommendations. The villa had a couple smaller beds (in addition to the main bedrooms) which would be great for families/children. The price was incredibly good value. We highly recommend this propety

We stayed 8 days in Oasis Villa and had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious, well decorated and bright. It is on walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the riff( for sunset). You could park your rental car very close by. The only drawback is that there are no doors at the bedrooms so you might lack privacy if you are traveling with 2 couples.

Fantastic location in Santorini

We loved this stay. This was our first time to Santorini so we didn’t know much about how to get around. Our hosts were so fantastic. They met us upon arrival and walked us around the area and pointed out where we’d find things. We were within a 2 minute walk of all the shops and restaurants in Firostefani and only a 10 minute walk from Fira. The house was so safe and private yet close to everything. We loved having the full kitchen and having plenty of living space to hang out together. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional property

This property was one of my favorites. It was huge and very clean. It was within walking distance to everything we needed. The owners and property managers were the best I have ever dealt with. They met us on the property and gave us tons of valuable information. They set up transportation for us and recommended some great restaurants and activities. They were extremely responsive and kept in touch with us the entire time we were there and leading up to the trip. I would definitely go back or book another property with these owners. Wonderful experience! No complaints at all.

Lovely stay and concierge level service

We can't say enough good things about our home away from home in Santorini. It was extremely clean, very spacious and comfortable, they provided all of the amenities you could need (pool and ocean views -- not of the Caldera, but still gorgeous -- were the icing on the cake). Pictures shown are EXACTLY how it looks. But maybe most of all, the hosts (there seemed to be an army of people helping us, which was amazing!) were so welcoming and helped us in every which way throughout our 5 day stay in terms of giving general advice on things to do on the island, booking taxis and outings and recommending restaurants. It felt like we were at a 5 star resort. Loved the location as well -- it was close enough to Fira that we could easily get there by foot, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Also close to the Caldera and cliff walk, which we took full advantage of on a daily basis. Just book it!

Charm and comfort on beautiful Santorini!

Oasis is a beautifully and cleverly designed, very spacious, cave house within easy walking distance to Fira and even closer to Fiorstefani. Vanda greeted us warmly and provided excellent advice and support during our stay. There are really two sections to the house, so for the four of us, we each had our own spaces. The spaces are all connected with no doors which was surprising at first but it ended up not being an issue at all. It's large enough that the lack of doors between the spaces made no difference with respect to privacy or sound. Lela, the housekeeper, came every day to make beds and straighten up and that was an unexpected treat. By all means do not miss a dinner at Yalos, a restaurant on the beach at Exo Gialos. The setting is beautiful and food the best we had...and very reasonable. If we come back to Santorini, we all would stay at Oasis again in a heartbeat!

To Cold, no heat!

The property is nice and the location was great. The management was not much help. We didn't have any heat for the whole trip and it is a cave and very cold when we were there. They worked on the heaters for 3 days almost all day interrupting our vacation, I asked for a partial refund or to at least pay for our transportation, which was almost required if you stay in the property. I tried to use another service and I couldn't. The manager was not cooperative at all and i asked her specifically if the heat and A/c worked when we arrived and she was not honest.

Great place to stay

This is a very spacious well equipped cave house. We were a group of 4 adults and two children, and the family with the children had their own section of the house, while the couple had the other suite. The showers are fantastic with great water pressure. Huge beds in both bedrooms, plus large walk in closets. The kitchen has everything you need, and is open to the living and dining areas. Can’t comment on the televisions as we were too busy to ever turn them on. Having a washing machine was a treat. It was so hot while we were there, and it was great to be able to leave with all our laundry done. The property manager, Vanda, is amazing. She arranged transfers to and from the airport for us, and was there to greet us upon arrival. She gave us all sorts of tips and information about the island and getting around. We had a small issue with the pool not being clean when we arrived, but this was promptly dealt with. We loved our stay here.

Wonderful stay in Santorini!

The property was impeccably maintained and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool daily after long walks through town. The parking lot provided was always full, but thankfully we were able to find street parking nearby. I loved the uniqueness of the cave house and would highly recommend a stay here. Great hosts!!!

Everything about our stay was terrific. The property is very well located. Although it doesn't have a Caldera view it is priced right and very spacious and just a five minute walk to Fira. The communication and check-in process was great. The place itself was very clean and had all of the amenities for a great stay. Stelios is amazing and arranged our airport transfers, dinners, and activity reservations. Property Manager, Vasiliki, was terrific as well. She met us when we arrived and made sure to let us know about the surrounding area. She also is a very good massage therapist and will give you a massage at the unit. The unit was very clean and private and the small pool was perfect for cooling off. The beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay!

Santorini Stay

This villa was perfect for our stay. My wife and I stayed with my brother and wife and enjoyed both the home and the area. The place is great; huge for the 4 of us, with a nice patio to enjoy an outdoor glass of wine by the plunge pool and equipped well. We used the kitchen for breakfast and enjoyed the island for all other meals. The location is central, walking distance from Fira and all of the shops and restaurants. Our hosts Stelios and Vasiliki were fabulous, outstanding! They met us upon arrival and suggested things to do, etc and gave us an orientation of the island. Then they made themselves available for communication and restaurant suggestions, etc., throughout our stay via Whatsapp. They were super helpful! I recommend this place and would stay here again. Wonderful time!

We are moved to Santorini from Canada and California back in 1998 and decided to call this our permanent home. Having done so we purchased our other Villa on the Caldera (Imerovigli) in 2000 and have been renting ever since we moved back to Canada in 2006. Since then we have catered to so many beautiful families and as of last year decided to purchase this particular property and rent it out for the world to enjoy! We visit Santorini on a yearly basis and have 2 beautiful homes there.

We saw this property and we knew the potential that it could offer. This is unusually large property with vast openings and open concept living, which does not come easy for Santorini homes. Right in the heart of it all the location is perfect.
