Enjoy breathtaking views of the ski slopes and mountains from inside as well outside on the wraparound deck in the morning sun! Take part in hiking, fishing, climbing, rafting, zip-lining and many other activities during the summer. Come to stay checkout the fall foliage. Enjoy the comforts of the winter ski season as well as complimentary shuttle service to the mountain. Step into spring with hiking and biking. It truly is a great all year get away!

Perfect location in Lincoln

This unit is perfectly located for skiing: minutes from Loon, and the pools and hot tubs are even closer! We had a wonderful stay, highly recommended.

What a lovely place for a ski vacation! There is a shuttle bus to Loon Mountain that runs every 30 minutes on weekends and holidays!

Spacious and convenient to Loon

Great stay - very close to the mountain, with shuttle option. The house was very clean, spacious and kitchen was open and big and great to cook for a group. The living room was comfortable with enough sitting spaces for our group.

Great Rental for Families

We had a great time hiking in the area and this rental was ideal. Plenty of room for the kids and the adults. The kids really enjoyed swimming as well with the complimentary passes. We would come back for sure if the opportunity arises. Thanks

Great stay

It is a great location with a well appointed condo. The pictures do not do it justice. Very cozy and comfortable. Big enough so you dont feel on top of eachother. Hope to stay there again sometime.

Perfect set up for our family!

We had a great weekend in the condo! Ryan was more than accommodating! My two young boys loved being able to use the pool, hot tub and game room at the main lodge. The location was scenic and quiet. Thanks for a lovely New Hampshire weekend!

Clean, well stocked home in a fantastic location!

This condo is beautiful and well kept. On 3 levels, there was enough room for 4 adults and 6 kids without being on top of one and other. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and is only 5 minutes from Loon and 10 minutes from town. I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Great condo - minutes from loon.

The owner was very responsive to questions. The condo has a great layout that 2 families (5 young kids in total) were able to spread out comfortably. The condo is in really good condition and the kitchen is really well stocked. Loon was only a few minutes away from the condo. A great choice for our family vacation.

Nice, clean and close to the slopes

Well kept and clean when we arrived. Owners answered all our questions. The sliding door to the porch was hard to open (probably the bottom rollers need to be adjusted) - but other than that, very happy with our stay

I just love this house!!

This house is beautiful, well kept, decorated nicely and close to everything!!! We have stayed twice now and I will be back again. It’s roomy, the kids are on the bottom level. The main floor is spacious and comfortable and we have a amazing time cooking laughing and enjoying the views. Thank you so much Ryan!

Comfortable and family friendly

I stayed in this home with my friend and our 5 combined children. The layout is amazing, giving plenty of space for everyone. The entire space has been nicely updated since the pictures were taken, so we were very pleasantly surprised! All essentials were provided, furniture and bedding were comfortable, and the whole space was clean with a wonderful homey feel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area! We’ll be back!

Great set up

Great set up for families! Pool is slightly inconvient to get to during the cold winter time and maybe easier to walk to during the warmer months. I failed to realize there were pool towels located in the laundry room and maybe wasn’t super clear to me on the welcome letter. Everything you need is there!

Perfect Location close to Loon!

It was perfect for our trip. Wish there was a bathroom on the main floor. Place was clean with plenty of kitchen supplies. I rented a Ford Expedition and the parking space was tight. Glad our second vehicle was small. Loved that there was wood to use and kitchen spices. Would love to book again! Lori

Great place to stay

We had a lovely time in this clean, well stocked house. Our family enjoyed the many games and toys, and comfortable living space.The main living area was far enough away from sleeping children at night.The beds were really comfortable and we loved being in clear brook where on our way to the pool(which is a bit of a walk) the kids went wading in the water and had a great time. Also this property had a beautiful view of the mountain. I must add that we had an infant who was crawling and with open steps layout had to block the stairs, Overall we would definitely stay here again.
