amazing house everything was perfect

Sounds Sea'rious is a newly house. The bedrooms are nice and clean, only king size beds (besides bunk room). Everything was very clean and the kitchen was a dream to make meals in. Views are amazing, the pool and hot tub are very nice to hang out in. Highly recommend!!!

The house was perfect for our group of 11. We had a few older people with us so the elevator was great for them to avoid the steps at times. Plenty of space to spread out if needed. Lots of different options for cookware and dinnerware. The house even has plasticware for the kiddos to use. The pool was perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Couldn't have asked for a better family vacation!

This house was perfect for our group. We were all so impressed by the quality, cleanliness, and amenities. It fit us perfectly, and we loved having so many great views from the many decks. The pool and hot tub were great, the game room and theater were super fun, and we loved all of the seating in the main area for our whole group. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Beautiful home great location

This is a beautiful home with lots of room. We were a party of 18, ages 15-69 and we all enjoyed the home, with something for everyone. Plenty of plates, both glass and plastic to easily meet our needs. Nice beaches near by. Our one small complaint was there was only one towel per person and they were light on paper products. New, Clean, Quiet Neighborhood

This house is brand new! It’s spotlessly clean and in a perfectly quiet cul-de-sac. Excellent water views with amazing sunsets! Has all the kitchen equipment you could ever need. Doesn’t include toilet paper, paper towels, or laundry and dishwasher soap so bring your own if you’re coming for the week :). Definitely let them know in advance if you want the pool heated because it takes a very long time in April with the cool nights. Would absolutely go back again next year!

Absolutely amazing

The house is very beautiful and nice and equipped with everything plus extras for your stay . The sound side was very calming amd sunsets where absolutely beautiful from the top balcony. The only bad thing was the ovens still had cleaner in them they forgot to clean them out but not a big ordeal took a few mins to do . And the elevator stopped working and Russ the owner was right on it and it fixed that Monday morning. Russ is a fantastic owner and if you need anything he always answers his phone and takes care of it . It was a fantastic house for our family's vacation this year . The only huge ordeal our family had was the house next door had a security camera that is pointed right to the pool area and which was very uncomfortable since we had younger kids in the pool .

Family Fun on the Sound

We loved this experience. We actually stayed next door previously and even though the layout is similar found this house to be so much more functional. There are essentially 3 large refrigerators in the house, 3 ovens, a large gas stove upstairs and electric downstairs. The pool is awesome with a ledge for seating allowing people who wanted to read the space to read while my young nephews loved playing in the pool. The proximity to the sound is ideal and perfect for people who love water sports and shallow enough for people just learning. The house feels private while being so close to all that Avon has to offer. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. This was one of my best rental experiences on the OBX and we would gladly return. The only sad part was leaving.
