Food Court, Home Depot, Supermarket, Running Track, gym (monthly reservations only) downstairs. McDonalds, Pizza Hut, 7/11, Family Mart, numerous banks, clinics, yonghe soy milk, fast fry, and small night market are all nearby.

This modern 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED, no extra outside guests (strict).

Perfect for those who want to live in the most desirable area of Taipei! This updated spacious 1900sq. ft 150 sq meters, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: can accommodate up to 6 people (4 beds total). The Master bedroom has a private Bathroom. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. Kitchen with western amenities, newly furnished.

We don't expect or want you to make large meals if you're staying for a short period to keep the place nice for future guests.

Enter the exact number of guests who'll be staying. No other guests are allowed, if other guests are reported to us by the security your deposit will be forfeited, you'll be asked to leave and you'll be reported to the site, we really want to keep the integrity of the apt and respect neighbors. Elderly and families with small children also live here, if your group is loud and needs more freedoms this might not be a good fit.

No clean-up service during your stay, but the service can be requested with extra charge. Some cleaning supplies will be provided.

Please note: Please turn off the light, air-conditioners and any electric equipment while leaving the room just to save energy. As responsible citizens to Earth we don't provide toothbrushes and other toiletries. We can provide a free baby cot, high chair and baby tub.

NOTE: This is a 1.5 million USD apt. Our well-to-do neighbors want accountability for what we do, plz don't ask for more than 6 people. We're looking for people that want to live comfortably with our community that don't want too much traffic into the community. It's not suited for people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having local family and friends come over as visitors. Neighbors will complain about this and your stay will not be as expected. Please take note of local daily renting laws in Taiwan before booking with us. We only can accept guests that are accepting of this.

The apartment is in great condition, clean and safe. Modern with all amenities one needs to explore Taipei. The location is just above the subway station which helps, and there are all amenities - restaurants, street food and supermarkets/shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

At this place with our extended family. I must say that the place was clean and well kept with plenty of space and located in a very convenient location right next to a train stop and food court. The place is very secure and safe as well. David was a very gracious host, very helpful and extremely responsive whenever we had an issue. I'd definitely stay here again if we come back to Taipei.

I visited Taiwan along with my parents, my brother and his wife, so this was a family trip for a total of 5 adults. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms arrangement was perfect for us, with ample room to stow away luggage, and with good cabinet and drawer space in each bedroom for clothing. Despite a great deal of rain during our 3 weeks stay, due to the MRT station being literally downstairs, we were able to visit vast numbers of MRT connected malls and eateries without ever getting wet. As part of our trip, we also visited Hualian for a few days, and it was super easy to get from the unit to the Banqiao railroad station with just one MRT stop away. The unit is equipped with heating, which is a rare find in Taiwan, and this turned out to be a blessing for our parents as there were a couple of unexpectedly cold nights. We did experience a kitchen pipe leakage problem during our stay, and the manager was quick to respond and fix. The couches in the living room do show wear and tear. Despite this, all 5 of us had a great time, and would not hesitate to stay at the unit again. In fact, we're already talking about a revisit within a couple of years. Thanks for making this unit available to us, which contributed greatly to our memorable vacation!

Amazingly large apartment, great quality

Staying in this apartment for 2 mths with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) and had a great time. Apartment is very big - 3 full bedrooms, very large living room, full kitchen, full washer / dryer and 2 bathrooms (2 showers too). Location is amazing - right on top of MRT station - right on top of grocery store and lots of restaurants - 2 min walking distance from cafes (incl. starbucks and local places) and tons of restaurants. Facilities are also very very good - the pool is GREAT. Even has a track and playground for little kids. Would totally stay here again.

This is the highest residential building in Taiwan. Fully enclosed full running track if you want to get some exercise. Outdoor Swimming pool in the summer May to September

What makes this property unique

There's an oven and dishwasher with other western ammenities you cannot get in other apartments. Windows dont allow noise from traffic. It's on the 23rd floor so its hard to hear outside city noise. You dont have to wait for trash trucks you can flush tissue in the toilet, there's heater, and also have trash disposal.
