Perfect for a group to stay near the most desirable area of Taipei! This warm suite contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 7 people (all double beds in one king). The place has a one of a kind panoramic view of the city from its private rooftop. Kitchen with western amenities, newly furnished. It's sure to please a family or a group of friends.

No clean-up service during your stay, but the service can be requested with extra charge. Some cleaning supplies will be provided.

Please note: Please turn off the light, air-conditioners and any electric equipment while leaving the room just to save energy. As responsible citizens to Earth we don't provide toothbrushes and other toiletries. We can provide a free baby cot, high chair and baby tub.

NOTE: This is a 1.5 million USD apt. Our well-to-do neighbors want accountability for what we do, plz don't ask for more than 6 people. We're looking for people that want to live comfortably with our community that don't want too much traffic into the community. It's not suited for people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having local family and friends come over as visitors. Neighbors will complain about this and your stay will not be as expected. Please take note of local daily renting laws in Taiwan before booking with us. We only can accept guests that are accepting of this.

Spacious and great location!

Our family has enjoyed the stay! It has great location, within walking distance to subway station and convenience stores, and also many eateries! The apartment has everything, including washer dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, which was added bonus! It has really help us to feel at home!

This is a great place, in the best location, and the hosts were thoughtful with recommendations. The space was clean and amazing as advertised. The apartment was very nice and the location was perfect. Really enjoy the stay. Convenient location, comfortable stay

Overall the accommodation was good. Location right beside the Shandao station made for very convenient commuting. You have to carry your luggage up half a flight of stairs before getting to the elevator. The elevator was small, boarded up and felt like a freight elevator at a construction site. We had to take two trips just to get up with all our luggage. But once we got upstairs and into the suite, it was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed including umbrellas, which was awesome because it rained quite a bit during our stay. David and his team were very responsive. I was a little hesitant at first because he wouldn’t give us the address of the place until we got there, but I understood why.

Great central location to explore Taipei and beyond

The apartment was as described - in a central location in Taipei with a short walk to the main train station and in a good condition. Thanks to David for being a great host - he arranged transportation for us from and to the airport, which worked out perfectly.

Great location

This apartment is the best location you will find anywhere! Steps away from the metro, McDonalds, grocery store, pharmacy. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable. Clean, comfy beds. The only down side is it is on a very busy street so it is noisy at night, we used ear buds a night and it was fine. The location is worth the night noise! Great place to stay!

The layout matches all the pictures on the website, and the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with the host. Interacting with him felt like only a business transaction instead of any kind of customer service experience. After arriving at the rental, our main issues were in regards to hot water in the suite bathroom and cockroaches in the rooftop area. The hot water situation was that we lacked hot water in the ensuite bathroom. The owner was very prompt in communicating with us about and addressing the hot water issue; however, it felt that he was more interested in preserving his business at that rental for future residents rather than trying to making sure our stay was enjoyable. After two nights of having to call the owner, a plumber was contacted to fix the problem. The cockroach situation was never resolved during our stay. This prevented us from ever using the rooftop room/space as there were significant numbers of cockroaches each evening after about 9-10 p.m. We contacted the owner the first evening about this, and he agreed to visit the next day to re-trap/spray the rooftop area; however, he insisted that there will simply be cockroaches there and that they will not get into the rooftop room nor inside the building rental. We never spent any time in the rooftop room to confirm whether or not cockroaches would get in that location, but contrarily there was a cockroach found in the building rental the very next morning. During his visit to re-trap/spray the rooftop area, he was clearly irritated in having to come back out about this issue and condescended one of our guests, scolding him in tone and saying that "Taiwan is a tropical island. There will be cockroaches." This reinforced the lack of customer service from this owner, and for those reasons it was our last contact with the owner during our stay. Ironically, it is important to note that the guest he condescended was born and raised in rural Taiwan, and though he had obviously grown up around Taiwanese cockroaches, he had never seen such an infestation. Cockroaches are indeed present in Taiwan, but their swarming presence on the rooftop those evenings made the entire area unlivable. As a result, that guest ended up sleeping on the living room couch for the duration of the visit. From my experience there, I will not consider this rental or renting from this owner again the next time I visit Taiwan.

Spacious Place with a beautiful roof view!

This is the second place I stayed with my family from the owner, since the other one was already booked. The place has plenty of space, a huge top roof with a beautiful view with an excellent location (just beside the subway station). Very clean and well furnished, you don't have to worry with anything. The owner is very friendly and always willing to help and assist you in any matter. Highly recommended!!

David was an amazing hosts!!!!  they were readily available and helpful when we needed them. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe in a central area in Taipei, the subway station and Shandao Temple are right downstairs, excellently positioned above and transport to any city area. The lighting in the apartment was excellent as it was the top floor. Really enjoyable stay, super great value for money. David was very helpful for any kind of request and advice we needed, they also provided excellent airport pick up for a very good price and believe me after almost 25 hours travelling is so good to have someone picking you up at the airport and bringing you HOME. It has been a pleasure to meet them. I would definitely recommend them and ask to stay in such an amazing apartment.  Coming home, relaxing sipping on tea on top of the rooftop watching the sunset not behind the city backdrop was definitely the best part of our trip.  Thanks again so much David!!!
