WiFi solution too slow and reaching only 3 meters. No reading lights by the beds. High additional charge of electricity unreasonable, since the rent is already high.

Given the price, location and accommodations, I'd recommend this place. Many factors add up to give this place 5 stars. It had what we needed in terms of sleeping arrangement, features and it was clean and convenient (elevator ride to the 10th floor). There's a pharmacy on the left, a 7-Eleven on the right, the Dongmen market and the Dongmen station are nearby. You can find nicer accommodations, but you really have to look at all the other things that you're getting when you pick a place and while it's not adjacent to Taipei 101, the convenience of jumping on the MRT and getting to Taipei 101 or anywhere else for that matter makes this a great location. We got our coffee and water from the 7-Eleven including our MRT tickets. We bought food at the Dongmen Market for breakfast and then we were away all day being tourists. Kylie was also very nice. She helped arrange transportation for us both from the airport and to the airport. It's important to have a helpful host as a tourist from a foreign country, so we're thankful to have found her and her unit. Thanks Kylie.

Now I'm writing delayed reviews. The location is fantastic, one minute walk from Dongmen MRT station. FamilyMart and Drug store is on the first floor. Yongkang street is very close to walk. Facilities were also very good to stay at home. Kylie was so friendly. Very exellent house.
