Year-Round Lakefront Home Situated on the Best Keuka Location.

Family fun for adults and children. This year-round lakefront A-Frame offers casual comfort at an unbeatable value. Situated five miles from Penn Yan on East Lake Road, the lot is on level land with ample off-street parking. The large grass field behind the lake house is great for throwing a ball or frisbee or just running around with the kids. The newly remodeled lake house is open and bright with cathedral ceilings in the lakefront living room and kitchen. Dual sliding glass doors facing the lake provide stunning views. The sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck where you and your family and friends can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the beauty of the lake. A few steps down from the deck is the gradual sloped beach. Take a lounge chair or your fishing pole out on the large L shaped dock and catch a tan or your dinner or both. The water depth at the end of the dock is deep enough to dock your boat. Grill your lunch and dinner on the gas grill on the lake side patio. The large picnic table (seats 12), and other outdoor furniture are a few feet from the grilling area.
After dinner, sip on your favorite beverage and get prepared to view a glistening sunset dropping behind the westside hill and across beautiful Keuka Lake.
Have the family and friends gather up some fire wood for the firepit on the beach. A bonfire circled with family and friends, making s'mores, roasting marshmallows, and just laughing provides quality fun and everlasting memories.
There are four spacious bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The Master bedroom has a new king size bed with private entrance to a full bath, the back bedroom has 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 children or adults, and the other bedroom has 1 queen, 1 full size bed. The very spacious upstairs loft/bedroom area has 2 new queen beds and a lounging area with an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower. All the bedrooms have large windows to let in the radiant morning sunshine, and all bedrooms, except the the bunk bedroom, have ceiling fans. Summer, fall, winter or spring, this is the place you will love to make memories that will last a lifetime.
Central air conditioning makes for comfortable sleep and cool down during those hot summer days.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting

We had two families with young kids, and this house was perfect. Plenty of space and amenities inside, and the outside could not be beat. The lake views were amazing, and we loved being able to walk right into the water. The kids loved jumping off the dock! Jerry was very responsive and helpful all along the way.

Great Place

We had a wonderful time at Jerry and Terri's lakehouse. It was our first time staying on Keuka and it was a perfect house. The deck/outdoor space in particular was a favorite. The accessibility was wonderfu - we have small kids and not traversing flights of stairs (common on the lake due to the steep grades) to get to the water was a big plus. Jerry was exceptionally responsive and we found all of the neighbors wonderful.

Perfect lakefront cottage with breath taking views

Seven High School girlfriends that get together once a year absolutely LOVED this beautiful home. Open floor plan, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, clean, warm and inviting. The best part was the views of the lake, outdoor area great for barbecuing, bonfires, drinks on the dock Beautiful morning and awesome evenings. Keuka Lake is the most beautiful of the Finger Lakes and this place is truly a gem. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake, wineries, Hammondsport and The WindMill in Penn Yan. Tons of things to do around the area and a very relaxing atmosphere. A definite great place to stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay and loved sitting out on the deck every morning and evening. Our major concerns was the cleanliness. The rugs in the bathrooms were filthy and smelled. The main rugs were hard to clean with the vacuum provided and it was not emptied, my guess in a long time. Under the cushions of the couches there was dirt. A broom would have been helpful for general clean up. The back section of the bench table was dusty. The dock was adequate for any type of leisure boat and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

I had a VRBO rental that was cancelled at the last minute. This property was somehow available and I am sure glad it was! We have been renting lakefront homes for the past 18 years and Keuka Lake is now my favorite. The water is so beautiful and clean!! The house was clean and the bedding comfortable. It's a bit tight for 7 people on a rainy day, but the deck is large and we spent most of our time outside. There are beautiful hiking trails not too far away and we loved the little town of Penn Yan, which is only about 10 minutes away, for groceries, restaurants, and trinket shopping. Jerry, the property owner, was very responsive each time I contacted him. Loved our stay and already plan to come back to Keuka Lake next year!

Family Vacation

This is the second time we've rented this lake house. Perfect for families with kids. The owner added a new kitchen and upgraded the flooring this year. Fantastic! The only issue we had was no propane for the grill, which needs updating. The house was clean, has many amenities, the views are spectacular and the outdoor space great! We highly recommend this family vacation rental :)

A yearly trip for our family from 14 years to 82 years old - fabulous!

This is our 9th year spending a week at Keuka with our family - this is one of the jems! The water was slightly protected by the cove, sitting on the deck was delightful, and there were young kids to our left and right who played all day - just awesome. The neighbors were almost all so kind, had one that gave us a hard time about parking on the lawn/field behind the driveway - but I just moved it so we didn't hear from him again. No muss no fuss. The TV didn't work, the owner was very responsive. Didn't really need it anyway. We did run out of propane gas in the middle of grilling, but we ran and got more. The house was well equipt and held all our family really well. We played cards almost every night at the kitchen table and had a ball. The benches were a bit uncomfortable to sit on for long card games, but we figured that our too. The washer and dryer make things much easier (there have been times we've run into Pennyan to clean clothes. The trip was fabulous! The host was wonderful! We just needed another week.

We had heavy rain the first half of the week, but there was still plenty to do in town, or around the lake. The second half gave us nice weather. The beach area was the best we’ve had on Keuka lake & our granddaughters loved the swimming. Overall we had a great time.

We had an awesome family vacation on beautiful Keuka Lake!

Our family was fortunate enough to rent this lake front property for a week long vacation. Our family consists of two adult children, their spouses and four grandchildren, ten of us total. The house has four bedrooms, one which has two bunk beds, and was lots of fun for the kids. It is fully stocked with all the essentials including kitchen utensils, a Weber grill, lawn furniture, toys and games, internet, and a large television. You have to furnish your own linens or rent them locally. The house was very clean and ready for our arrival. The house is located on a cove with a fantastic view of the lake that never got old. The lot is level with the lake, which was important to us with small children. There is an amazing deck on the front of the house where we had breakfast each day, and a large picnic table that accommodated all of us. We also enjoyed nightly fires on the beach in a fire pit. The dock is a great spot to fish, and you should consider bringing your kayak or renting a boat to take full advantage of the surrounding. The neighbors were very welcoming and appreciative of quiet renters. Would we return to this rental??? Absolutely. It was our first rental on Keuka Lake, and on our last night while sitting around the fire, it was decided we would definitely do it again!!!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our time at the house very much! Clean house and beach area. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but with the big glass window we made the best of our time and enjoyed looking out at the lake. Just a minor problem was the fact that we knew there were no linens, and were prepared. But were surprised when no toilet paper supplied, or bar soap etc... This meant a trip to the store immediately after arriving.

Gorgeous Location

We absolutely loved having our group stay here. Not only was the location very close to the wedding we attended, but the lakefront was breathtaking. From beautiful sunrises to incredible thunderstorms, our Memorial Day weekend was quite the treat. Jerry was very attentive if/when we had questions, and the house was in fantastic condition; the large amount of glass allowed the main common room to enjoy beautiful views. We also had all the kitchen necessities, so we could cook if we needed. Thank you for making this such a memorable trip!

Beautiful location!

We had a great time on keuka lake! The house offers beautiful views from the living room and kitchen, making a rainy day still enjoyable. The beach front is perfect for all ages. We have four children under the age of six and the beach toys offered for use kept them busy all week. Jerry was very attentive and quick to respond when we had a question. The only negative (not for all) is the beautiful deck does have about 8-9 steps that can be tough for little ones to do on their own. Our two year old did well with them but often needed adult assistance when coming down. The deck could be tough with a new walker. The dock on the property is also very nice with a wide platform that allowed for two little fishermen and at least one adult lots of space to move around.

Absolutely Beautiful Lakehouse!

This vacation rental allowed us to stay in a beautiful home on Keuka Lake, which I think is the best of the Finger Lakes. The home is furnished with everything you need to settle in and enjoy the lake. Large windows and sliding glass doors provide beautiful lake views from the living room and upper loft . With its large level lot this rental is excellent for swimming, boating, and other outdoor activities. The large deck, dock, and beach area are perfect for enjoying a barbecue, bonfires, morning coffee, and evening cocktails. The home is clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the gas fireplace is wonderful for those cool evenings. We had absolutely no maintenance issues with the house but when we did have to get ahold of the owners they were always responsive.

Great family get-away

My family-3 kids, 5 grandkids had a wonderful week. This property was just as advertised, well-maintained and with easy access to the lake. The owner was helpful and the location was perfect!-a quiet, road for morning walks, a nice beach, fishing was good right from the dock, and swimming area perfect for all ages(3-63). The cottage slept all 12 of us comfortably. Hope to be back again next year!
