As you approach the house on the mile long driveway, horses gallop through the sagebrush, silhouetted by unforgettable sunset hues on the LaPlata and Ute Mountains. An expansive ranch set on 200 acres, this stay features wide open pastures, 360 degree views, hiking trails + horses free-grazing on the range.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family trip (This is a two room guest house, and bathroom must be accessed through the bedroom. Please make sure your party size will be comfortable in our 600 sq ft home).
You'll find all the amenities needed for a memorable stay:
well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, quality linens, & endless country to explore just outside the door.

Spend your evenings taking a stroll as the sun sets. Hop in the hot tub with your morning coffee for a peaceful sunrise.

The property is bordered by 1000's of acres of BLM and state land and immediately adjacent to Phil's world - the mountain biking mecca of the Southwest! Ranch at Mesa Verde also boasts panoramic views of the Mesa, with a quick 5 minute drive to Mesa Verde National Park entrance,

Fantastic retreat!

My wife and I stayed here while visiting some family in the area, and our stay was superb. The house is clean, comfortable, and cozy, and watching the stars from the hot tub was amazing. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

My daughter and I are driving from Texas to Wyoming and stopped here to visit a friend working in Cortez. We so wish we could have enjoyed the house longer because it was so clean and cozy with plenty to enjoy. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Adam, Shelley, the girls & fur children (horses & dogs) hlave created a little piece of Heaven! The views, their land, being close to Cortez, Mancos and getting to see The Grand Mesa from the hot tub was absolutely wonderful! There is everything to make a meal and sit outside by the fire to watch the stars. Ask to buy some of their meat, so good!We so wish we could've stayed longer! Barbara & Eduardo
