Welcome to our charming beachside villa, located within the secure gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club—the perfect place for a relaxing coastal getaway. Just a short stroll (approximately 500 feet) from the sandy shores, you’ll be enjoying the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in minutes.
This thoughtfully designed first-floor studio villa offers a warm coastal feel, featuring stylish shiplap walls and tile flooring throughout. The inviting living area includes a luxurious leather power-reclining sofa and two comfortable swivel chairs—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. For a restful night’s sleep, the villa features a comfortable queen-size bed.
The fully equipped kitchen includes beautiful quartz countertops, a double oven, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy dining at the counter-height bar, designed for casual and comfortable meals.
The spacious bathroom features double sinks, quartz countertops, and a soaking tub with a shower—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.
Step outside to the screened-in lanai, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening drink while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

* This is a first-floor unit with 3 steps at the entry.
* While this is not an oceanfront condo, it is located on the beachside of Ponte Vedra Boulevard, just a short walk to the beach.
* The pools shown in the community photos are for Sawgrass members only and are not available to guests.
