Relaxing

Quiet neighborhood! Very relaxing place to stay. Enjoyed walking outside to fish every morning and enjoy my coffee on the dock.

Everything was as it said it would be. My son was able to kayak around the canal and catch some fish so he really enjoyed himself. My only complaint is that we were in town for a trade show so we didn’t get to enjoy the swim spa and hot tub as much as we wanted to! We would definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful home base for a FL getaway

This house is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. The listing was accurate and very well stocked. The set up was perfect for our group: 2 families vacationing together. The pool and hot tub were very clean and toasty warm - just like we requested. The host was super responsive and would highly recommend this property. Also - you have to visit the manatee viewing area nearby - we went twice!!!

The trip was very enjoyable, and Bryan was an exceptional host—easy to work with and genuinely joyful. Any requests, especially regarding the hot tub, were handled promptly and thoughtfully, with adjustments made as needed. I prepared my own meals, and the induction stove was excellent. The kitchen was impressively stocked with an abundance of spices—more than I have seen in any rental I’ve stayed in. Thank you, Bryan

I really can’t say enough good things about this home and host. Good communication, prompt and the house was very nice and clean! A huge plus for my family and me. We got in late one night and let him know and he made sure the lights were on so we can see when we got in. The back porch was nice with a small pool and hot tub and a great view of the canal. The linens were nice and clean and the house smelled very good! There was activities for us to do such as playing pool and fuzzball, bike riding, fishing. Very relaxing and the host thought of everything! Extra towels, makeup wipes which are very important to me. There is a laundry facility in the garage that is capable of doing a couple loads at a time. Would 100% stay here again.

My kiddos and I had an amazing time at this property. It was so clean and had so many amenities! It’s very obvious how much work Bryan and his wife put into this home. They were very responsive and communicative and really pay attention to the small details that a lot of homes don’t. Thank you so much, we had a beautiful time!
