Luxury Rehoboth Beach Home with Private Pool

Welcome to our beautiful Rehoboth home. This is our personal family beach house, and we only rent it two weeks a year, so this is an opportunity to enjoy a rare special find.

Our home is uniquely designed and is featured in the 2024 Rehoboth Art League's Cottage tour for "local homes that showcase the best of the area's art and design." It is the perfect house for two or three families (or one extended family) to enjoy a week in beautiful Rehoboth beach. The beach is just a short drive away. We are as convenient to the beach as we are to the local outlets and grocery stores. The house comes with one beach parking pass and five bikes to enjoy the amazing Rehoboth bike trails (you can rent more nearby).

We've left no detail undone. Enjoy a spectacular outdoor heated pool and patio with a full outdoor bar, built-in grill, and private pool bathroom. Entertain in our expansive kitchen with professional appliances and a second full bar. Dine in our stunning two-story living area with seating for 12. Fill the house and outdoors with music from Sonos, or enjoy a movie on our 75" high-def TV. Window treatments rise and set with the sun, and two laundry areas to keep up with your large group. Should you need to check in with work, there is a private office with a desk, two monitors, and a laptop docking station.

We want you to feel right at home, so everything comes fully stocked. We will leave a full complement of spices and condiments so you don't have to bother. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and utensils you need. We have enough beach towels and beach chairs to accommodate twelve guests, so you can just pack your bags and come ready to relax.

This year, our home is available from Wednesday, July 24, to Friday, August 9. We require a minimum of seven days' rental but are flexible on days and times. We recommend coming and going on a Friday to avoid weekend beach traffic. Please inquire so we can arrange the right timing for you and your family.

We do ask that you treat your house as your own. We welcome you to have dinner guests or a small pool party. But no big parties or bashes that have the potential to cause damage. Finally, we will pass along a $350 cleaning fee, which is actually what they charge us to clean the house.
