The property was very clean and welcoming, the host left a personal welcoming message on the refrigerator, and some treats on the table, very nice touch. everything we needed to feel like we were at home was there. Whenever I contacted the host she replied promptly. Definitely a great experience.

Anna provided clear and accurate instructions, and was immediately available to answer a question. The apartment is simple and uncluttered, and probably the cleanest nightly rental I've stayed in! Everything we needed was provided, and Anna added extra touches with amenities, which was refreshing. We visited family during the day and spent evenings at the apartment, and slept very well. We would definitely stay here again.

Property owner was in communication with me several times before our arrival. She made us feel very welcome by even leaving a note on the fridge to welcome all of us by name. Our teens enjoyed the snacks left on the table, and I appreciated the condiments available (salt/pepper, oil, coffee creamer, sugar, spices, etc.) Yes, it's on a busy street, but with the air conditioner units going we weren't bothered by the traffic noises at all. The location was very convenient to enjoy Silverwood during our visit. Only "hardship" was trying to load the dishwasher; you must open the oven door to open the dishwasher....and even then you can't fully open it to load the back!

Nice and clean

Place is very clean and easy to find. There is some road noise but we used the white noise machine in the bedroom and slept fine. It was convenient location to family in Nine Mile and baby shower in Spokane. Anna was great at communication. Would stay again.

Comfortable stay in Spokane Valley

The apartment was clean and stocked well for a week's visit. While on a busy road, it really didn't affect much noise-wise, but made it convenient to some local spots. Its location was near the interstate, so easy access into Idaho or downtown Spokane. Communication with the owner was always clear and prompt.

It was a nice location and nice apartment. The traffic noise was very overwhelming as it is a very busy 4 lane road and the sound machine in the bedroom with the queen bed did not work, so getting any sleep was hard as it was constant traffic through the night. I think there was everything there that you would need for your stay as far as kitchen accomodations and they had great treats out. I could not get the patio door to lock but there was a stick. Host was great, but I dont think I would stay there again.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. My wife and I came to town for a work and family visit. Our 4 grandkids came to visit with our kids. 2 grandkids stayed the night. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Anna was so easy to work with. Anything we asked she responded right away and was so gracious and accommodating! We usually wouldn’t let our infant grandkids on a strange floor but this place was so clean that we had no worries. We will for sure stay here again. Thank you Anna!! The Valentine family.
