The house is listed as entire home, but there was someone either living or staying in the basement. No facilities were shared but we were not alone in the house. Check in was at 4pm, by 11am I still had not received check in instructions so I ended up having to reach out, with no answer, for what to do upon arrival. I had to get customer service involved to get a response. The address listed was incorrect, so when I’d do speak to the host about check in instructions, she had to give me the correct address instead. I had to again message for cleaning instructions to leave, which again took hours for a response. I didn’t get instructions until 11pm out last night there on what to do when leaving in the morning. Overall, not bad but communication could improve and just know it’s now the entire home to yourself, but whoever the other guests were, we rarely could hear them so it wasn’t an issue.
