This is a full kitchen with all cookware, plates, utensils and food basics. (Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, creamers all included) k cup machine and espresso machine are supplied.

The Building has 2 Standalone Condos Upstairs (Unit 2) and Downstairs (Unit 1) - the full Upstairs Condo (Unit 2) is yours including the rooftop (2nd floor & roof). This condo has its own door and access panel. Your unique keyless entry access code will be sent the morning of your stay, code is different for every guest.

Only the Registered # of guests allowed on and in the property (MAX 6) at all times, this is taken very seriously for Insurance purposes, If you violate this policy you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. **The person who uses their account to make the reservation MUST BE PRESENT in the home during their booking, If they are not the reservation can be cancelled immediately per 3rd party cancellation guidelines with No refund.
