Chalet-style duplex located in the heart of EagleVail just steps from the golf course.

Enjoy easy access to the pool and tennis center, golf, fishing, and many hiking/biking trails. The home is less than an 8-minute drive to amazing skiing, retail, restaurants, and other activities in Beaver Creek, Vail, and Minturn.

This home features all new furniture in every room and two recently remodeled bathrooms. The expansive primary bedroom has a king bed, dual closets, and an en suite bathroom with jetted tub. Two additional bedrooms share a second bathroom with large rainfall shower.

The main floor has an open floorplan with dual-height wood ceilings, a light-filled family room, and large dining area with ample seating. The additional loft bedroom off of the living room offers an extra queen bed with sky lights and mountain views.

The outdoor deck and partially fenced yard surrounded by mature trees is a great place to relax in the evening and grill out with family and friends while enjoying the mountain air.

Great house to stay in

Myself and my large family stayed in this wonderful duplex for a week while we were at a baseball tournament. This house had enough space for myself and nine other people to sleep in. The house had enough space for all of us, there was enough parking for our cars and a nice backyard for the kids to play in. Since we did stay in the summer, it did get a little bit warm in the house but nothing that some fans and a portable AC that we picked up couldn’t fix. Josh was really quick with his communication and was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Avon.

Good stay. No troubles.

The place is nice and efficient. Plenty of room to sleep and relax in Avon. We used the place as a hub to play summer ball games and enjoy the valley. the place is setup with 5 beds and a pullout bed in the office in addition to a living room, dining room and full kitchen. The deck is great for grilling too. Garage is too tight for any cars but there is parking for 3 cars if you needed in the driveway. Garage would be great to store gear for outdoor activities but not a car. Overall its a nice efficient space.
