The first floor offers a bedroom with a queen-size bed, ensuite bath with a walk in shower, living room, dining area and a den with a queen sleep sofa powder room right outside the door and a full size washer and dryer. The second floor has the master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath with another walk in shower, two more bedrooms each with twin beds and a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Sliding doors lead from the dining area to the rear patio for added outdoor living. Gas Grill. Owner provides beach tags for your convenience.
