Enjoy the Christmas sites of Cape May, Horse and carriage ride around the town admiring, the Christmas lights on the beautiful Victorian houses. Congress Hall Christmas tree lighting is a must , sipping hot chocolate and hot toddies admiring the scenes and shopping around the Christmas village with an aroma of wood burning fire in the air!
Beautiful decorated Historic 1900 renovated spacious condo with 11 feet ceilings throughout. Two onsite parking spots and unmetered street parking .
Well equipped kitchen with drip coffee machine or Keurig, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large eat-in kitchen area. Large spacious living room with additional counter space seating and a magnificient view of the ocean in the dining area.
Heat / Central air-conditioning , ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms.
Living room has windows to the ocean with an inviting view of the Atlantic Ocean. The living room also has a 65 inch TV.
Bedroom 1 is bright and cozy with ocean sounds at night.
Bedroom 2 has a Victorian flair with a bright afternoon sun.
Bed linens and bath towels included.
One can sit and relax with the sounds and sights of the ocean in the common area of elegant wood and couches to rest upon after a day at the beach.
Enjoy the rooftop with an unparalleled view of Wildwood and the Delaware Bay --look for Rehoboth Beach on a clear day.
Coffee or an evening cocktail is a must out the library doors or front porch while enjoying the views or sounds of the ocean on the rocking chairs.
Condo is located up the mahogany second floor staircase. 16 steps going up the main entrance and the backdoor of the building.

Lovely stay and place!

The owner graciously greeted us and gave us a tour of the immaculate condo. It was generously equipped and couldn’t have been more comfortable for the 4 of us. The owner was helpful in making dining and recreation recommendations as well!

Lovely Victorian oceanfront property

The owner of this lovely property was attentive to us in every possible way, from helping us with our luggage to stocking the kitchen with various Keurig K-cups. The property is kept immaculate, sparkling clean. Being able to see the ocean from a variety of vantage points, including the living and dining rooms, as well as the adjacent sitting area, was ideal. I brought 1 guest and there was plenty of room for us to be separate or together. Each bedroom has its own bath (one has a tub/shower, the other has a shower), imparting each of us a sense of our own space. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. It was hard to leave, but we look forward to returning!

Cape May’s Best

The pictures of Susan’s place do not do it justice !! 😊 So spacious and comfortable, and was just perfect for a weeks stay with my adult children -The place was decorated with all the Cape May charm that we look for. In a quieter area of Beach Ave but easy walk to great stops & beach tags were included !

Fabulous property!

Beautiful and well-equipped home with plenty of space and an amazing view from the roof deck. Incredible location- close enough to walk to town but still quiet enough to hear the ocean. Amazing!
