The house is spacious. My family had plenty of room to eat and hang out together, or we could retreat to our private corners for napping or alone time. The three bathrooms were invaluable when the seven of us had to get ready for a wedding. Jessica’s place has everything you might need-even an extra toothbrush in case you forgot one. We were very comfortable.

Everything was great!! It actually looked just like the pictures showed online. The house was very clean. The host was very nice and had great communication and helpful information for us before and during our stay. The location and convenience of being by everything in town was nice. Family funeral

We needed a place for out of town family to be together for a funeral. The house is great. The attention to detail was amazing. The little extras & fence yard for fur babies was phenomenal! We would stay here again!!

Excellent Hostess

Jessica was amazing! The house had EVERYTHING you need for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the family games and books and thought the kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked. The house was just 15 minutes away from our wedding venue in Lamar. Check in was easy.

The host was very helpful. She told us everything we needed to know. The house was everything and more than what we expected. It was bigger than what we expected, the kitchen was more than sufficient. It had plenty of dishes and cookware. They even had Q-tips. The deck was great and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. I hope it is available the next time we are up there. The host was plenty friendly and full of info. Thank you.

Easter Weekend

Stayed for Easter weekend for the purpose of catching a couple of U of O Baseball games and getting our son registered for the fall semester. The house was great and provided more than enough room for my family of five, sister, brother-in-law, and niece. Great location in close proximity to the university, and nearby stores (Walmart and Harp’s). Also, easy drive to Russellville and Fayetteville. Would definitely stay here again! Special thanks to the host for letting us add an extra day on short notice!

I had to wash everything I used from the kitchen. Not a single dish or cup was clean. The third bathroom had hair from the last guest, dead ants and live ants crawling around. The host came over and only put poison out. The tub wasn’t clean or wiped out.The lawn wasn’t mowed and the deck wasn’t cleaned either. There was a beer can left from the other guests on the deck.When I complained to Vrbo, I was told nothing could be done about it. Super sad that a dirty and unclean house can go unpunished. The host got to decide if I got a refund. Big shock, I got nothing back. I left the house cleaner then I found it. This house should be removed from Vrbo or never rented out again.

Great place for the whole family! Love the old house feel! We were there for Thanksgiving. Great place to stay. Definitely one to save for our next visit! Very clean and all the amenities that we needed. I couldn’t come up with anything negative to say if I wanted to. This was our second stay at this property and it unfortunately fell short of our expectations during this stay. We arrived late on Thursday night and immediately noticed some issues with cleanliness, to include sticky floors, unclean countertops, and hairs from previous guests in the bedsheets, all of which we ended up cleaning up before we could call it a night. That being said, I do appreciate the host responding to my message with concerns right after we arrived (at around 10:30pm), and offering to send someone out to re-clean the property the following day. The first time we stayed here, everything was perfect, so this seemed odd. I sent pictures to the host so she could address with the folks responsible for cleaning, and ultimately received a small refund for the trouble. I don’t think this issue should reflect on the host at all; I believe this was an issue with the house cleaners, the host was responsive and accommodating. The space is great, and proximity to UofO make the house a plus. We will definitely stay here again because I think this was a fluke and issues will be addressed before our next stay.
