We had a great stay! The host was wonderful with communication—very responsive and helpful. The house was clean, and the beds were all very comfortable. There were plenty of linens, soap, towels, and a generous amount of paper goods like paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags, which we really appreciated.A couple of things to note: the kitchen was a bit limited. There were only four place settings even though the house sleeps 12 (and we had 12 in our group), and there were not many pans and no baking sheet. These additions would make the stay even better.The location was convenient and made it easy to access the venues we needed in the city.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality!

the home was very spacious. they had kitchen appliances, a big backyard, each bathroom and bedroom was stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner and body soap, everything you could possibly need was available

The listing advertised that it sleeps 12 and the two downstairs beds are air mattresses. I would rather it say it sleeps 8 than say that air mattresses are included as beds in a room. The host took a long time to respond about the beds so someone had to sleep on the couch. There were some areas not cleaned up like old coffee grounds in the coffee maker and a used floss pick in the couch cushions. There were also not enough dishes for 12 people.

Not in a good area. Narrow streets and difficult parking with more than one car. Misrepresentation on beds. They actually only have 3 queen beds and a king. The other two queen beds are air mattresses. No extra blankets. Very few dishes and utensils in the kitchen. No soap or hand towel in half bath. Toilet seat in the upper bathroom very loose.

My family and I loved it. It’s a beautiful home, tall ceilings, enough parking for larger families. Very spacious, I was impressed. Pictures didn’t do it justice! Definitely, would consider this place again.

AMAZING STAY will be comin back

I stayed here for a couple days with a couple friends and the HOST was amazing , super responsive, helpful and friendly . The house was clean , spacious actually bigger than it may look on picture . neighbors mind they business , enjoy themselves and play music so we got to enjoy our music and play music as well …. host wasn’t invading every second , allowed us to enjoy ourselves so i will definitely be back !

Birthday Celebration

I rented this home for myFriends 50th birthday celebration for 5 of us. Communication with the owner was amazing. He is very prompt in responding. When we arrived the house was just like the pictures. Although the neighborhood is going through gentrification it was a nice spot. All in all it was a nice spot but I do wish he’d add entertainment for the large backyard space. Once he does this it will be a perfect spot to hangout.

Birthday Staycation

My daughter turned 30 and wanted to have some friends in town to celebrate. This home was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious and gave the aesthetic that we were looking for. We didn’t have any issues accessing the property. My daughters even met the new neighbors that had just moved in across the streets and hung out with them during there stay. Overall, there is not one thing I could truly complain about. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

House nice enough, location was awful

First of all this is not the location we actually got put in! It’s the one we booked but he gave us another home. House looked nice enough, you could tell it was new. Beds, furniture, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean but the walls were gross. Hand prints and smears literally on EVERY wall. We came in at night and freaked us out because we were in the heart of the ghetto. Like literally the worst street. Cars parked everywhere and barely could pull in the driveway. Once in driveway we got into the house and opened the garage, we drive an suv and our car fit with about one inch on each side From mirrors and a couple of inches in the back. We could not pull bags out once in the garage and NO WAY would we unload in the dark in the ghetto so we had to climb in our car and pull everything out through the car. All in all once inside we were fine just disappointed in location overall.

It’s unfortunate you didn’t like the area but I have had plenty of other guest with great reviews or the home and location.
