Wonderful property for a great price. A few wears and tears, a few unmatched kitchen pieces but everything worked great and lots of little extras. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, cleaning supplies. spices to use, and great beds, we all slept well. One set of bunk beds. So that room could sleep 3 and one room with a single bed. Past the main bedroom is a great dressing area for a bride and then a hugh closet. It was nice to park inside the garage behind the house. We couldn't figure out the TVs very well and the book explaning how to use everything is black and was closed when we arrived so it took us time to find it. We had a small gathering with permission which was so thoughtful of our host. Lots of light switches. We would stay here again. Communicating with the host was easy and he was nice and helpful.

The house was excellent for our group of 7. The outdoor areas with mountain views, heated pool, hot-tub and lounging / dining areas were the best part of the property, suitably taking advantage of the mild and sunny Tucson winter

4 night stay Thanksgiving 2025.Location was perfectly secluded, quiet, and spectacular mountain views. Space was great for our family to spread out and beds were very comfortable. Anthony was a responsive host when contacted and handled a non-functioning hot water heater promptly.We were disappointed, however, that the listing photos did not match the current state of the property. The home is in need of some maintenance and repairs; pool was not heated and needed to be cleaned, firepit was in a landscape bed with the doors off and seemed unusable, weeds throughout the patio area, broken planter pots, landscape lighting did not function at the front of the house (some visibly broken). Strong sewer smell in the primary bedroom/laundry room/living room area that seemed to be "activated" when the water tap was used and lingered for hours. Master bedroom light and fan controls also simultaneously control the living room light/fan. Missing much of the cozy touches shown in photos. The listing photos attracted us to this rental and the heated pool amenity really put it over the top, but we were left disappointed and feel we overpaid as a result. I think this property has the potential to be great and live up the some of the great reviews I read prior to booking. I hope the hosts will spend some time to restore this property to the level depicted in the photos for future guests.
