The Space:

Crisp winter evenings invite you to gather by the glowing gas fire pit while movies play across the outdoor theater, the surrounding hills dimmed in soft twilight. Inside, the gentle hum of the indoor fireplace and the mountain views from each room create a peaceful backdrop for slow mornings and cozy nights. The space feels both expansive and intimate, perfect for a large group to unwind together.



Sleeping arrangements

- Primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a large tub and stand‑up shower, and a streaming TV.

- Two additional guest rooms each with a queen bed and streaming TV.

- Game room offers two bunk beds in a twin‑over‑full configuration, providing sleeping space for up to six guests.

- Room‑darkening shades, fresh linens, extra pillows, blankets, and ample clothing storage support restful nights.



Outdoor living

- Private heated pool kept at least 80 °F from March 1 through January 7; available by request in January and February for a $400 per reservation fee.
