The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the quiet dead‑end street as you pull up, and the peaceful setting invites you to unwind before you even step inside. Mornings feel unhurried here, whether you’re watching the steam rise from the hot tub in the cool mountain air or curling up by the electric fireplace. When you’re ready for activity, the game room, indoor entertainment, and private courts give you plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and a loft provide space for your group, featuring two king‑size beds, two queen‑size beds, and twin over twin trundle beds. Each sleeping area includes a Smart TV, and several rooms have convenient access to full bathrooms, with ensuite setups that connect directly or are shared nearby. Clothing storage, bed linens, extra pillows, and room‑darkening shades add comfort throughout your stay.



Indoor living

The main living room centers around a sectional sofa, a single chair, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating an inviting place to settle in during colder months. The game room brings together arcade styles, air hockey, darts, a basketball arcade, a bowling‑and‑golfing‑style arcade, a multi‑cade setup, and a 7‑foot billiards table. A PlayStation 5 in the loft offers another entertainment option. Indoor heating, ceiling fans, and Wi‑Fi keep the space comfortable and connected.



Outdoor living

The private outdoor swimming pool is heated from March 1 through December 31 (6 feet deep, heated to 85 °F). In January and February the pool can be heated for an additional $400 per reservation. The hot tub is available year‑round, and the fire pit creates relaxing moments even in winter. A private outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and griddle, patio seating, and both a private basketball court and a private pickleball court extend your leisure space. Bikes, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture are provided, along with a private backyard and outdoor dining area.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine. A dining table seats your group, and the outdoor griddle adds another cooking option when the weather permits.



Family & pet‑friendly

Thoughtful touches for families include a pack‑and‑play, a folding or convertible high chair, board games, baby safety gates, and fireplace guards. The property is pet‑friendly and provides a dog crate, bowls, and toys. A washer and free dryer, ironing essentials, and room‑darkening shades make longer stays convenient.

Set in the northern area of Sevierville, the home sits away from busier roads while remaining an easy drive to local attractions. No steep roads or difficult turns make arrival simple in any season. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking are available. A private entrance and smart lock enable straightforward self‑check‑in.
