If you find yourself locked out of the apartment there is a $15.00 Lock Out Fee for one of our manager's to let you into the building. There will be a $15.00 replacement fee for any lost or stolen Front Door Key.

The location of the property was a bit shady, but we were in downtown, so that is probably a factor. The key lock box was easy to access for check in. When we arrived, the room was 84. There was no air conditioning. I tried to call the host, with no answer. I reached the host via messenges in the vrbo app. I was told there was a window type ac unit. It had a hard plastic cover on it, that was bolted into the wall. The floors were visibly dirty. Supposedly the cleaning team had just left. The room smelt of weed.
