Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was lovely and the layout was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and relaxing on the front porch. The bathrooms were beautifully done and the furnishings throughout the home were lovely. The home is located right by the park but a bit of a walk to Broughton & River Street. The SCAD bus runs very frequently so that does create a bit of noise even though you’re farther away from the main strips. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The courtyard and lower garage are fantastic for hanging out, the roof has a beautiful view, and the kitchen is gorgeous. Walkable to downtown but also inexpensive Ubers available. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood as well. Lucky Savannah also very responsive if something isn’t up to par. Overall very happy staying here!

Beautiful home in Savannah

The home it self is five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ having said that the maintenance and upkeep needs improvement ! There were no shot glasses in the wet bar area - no tissues in any of the bathrooms - all outdoor sitting areas needed a good cleaning - batteries in remotes needed to be replaced - when spending $1000 - per night we expected more to the details of the property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great! It was beautiful and the rooftop was amazing. We walked so many places, its in a wonderful location. I barely pulled my full size SUV out of the garage. I did not like that I was told that I could not lock people out of the master bathroom. Since there is a fas grill, it would have been nice to have a propane tank. Like who is traveling with their own!?!? The biggest thing is I asked if the elevator goes from the rooftop to the ground level. I was told yes and that was a lie.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Hartridge House is beautiful with everything you need for a beautiful vacation. It is located blocks from Forsyth Park in a beautiful historic district. Very cute shops and cafes in walking distance. Kroger's is only a few blocks away for picking up groceries. The property is well maintained and the property manager was very responsive. Lovely rooftop space and garden. The only recommendation I have is for the Garden Apartment. It is on the main floor and has a dank smell. I recommend hanging a few Damp Rid bags to freshen it up. The mattress also slants down. It might need to be replaced. Otherwise, the space is beautiful.
